“I ordered a duvet cover to be delivered to my daughter as she has just moved into her first house. Gorgeous bed linen and prompt delivery. Also ordered a third Hungarian goose feather pillow for myself, excellent quality and delivered much quicker than expected. Highly recommend.”

“This is our first purchase from the linen store and our first ever Linen Bed set. We are absolutley delighted with the quality, the look and how it feels against our skin. It's soft to touch, cool and feels luxurious. It also makes my room look soft and dreamy and very romantic!”

“I’ve just bought a lovely Duck Egg duvet & pillowcases, and a gorgeous white flat sheet. The quality is superb and we absolutely love the good heavy linen . Ps this duck egg colour perfectly matches the F&B Mizzle paint I used on our bedroom chest of drawers . Thanks so much. The packaging was 5/5 too & a lovely personal touch of a little organic biodegradable teabag tucked into the ribbon tying the bedclothes.. highly recommend.”

“Hi, I really liked the duvet cover when I received it, loved the design and the softness of the material. But I did not know that that material leaves so much fluff, after a few days the mattress cover, and even the carpet were full of it. The packaging and the tea bag were very nice, thank you”

“Hi Molly & Harriet - just waiting for my third set of linen bed sheets, etc. I ordered my first set a couple of months ago and loved it so much I promptly ordered another set. Previously I always ironed bedding so was a little bit sceptical that I probably didn’t need to iron the linen sets! Well, I needed have worried, they look and feel amazing and NO ironing required, saving lots of time, no struggling trying to iron super king size duvet covers, sheets etc etc. So as I mentioned previously, I’m now eagerly awaiting my third set!! Can’t recommend them enough. Even my husband has commented on how comfortable they are!! Thank you! Liz B”

“We bought a mattress protector made of pure cotton. It is far more breathable and comfortable than others made of synthetics. The size is fractionally larger than stated but that does allow for washing shrinkage and is a great fit on the bed. A bit more expensive than some suppliers but you do get what you pay for. ”

“My experience with Secret Linen Store started well and didn't end so well! Despite a few issues with the ordering process at the start, which was dealt with brilliantly, the delivery arrived quickly and well packaged. However, after washing the duvet and the pillow covers in the machine once before using it, all the garments' seams were giving out cotton away and turned into little balls. I didn't notice till it dried and then starting using them. Balls of cotton went everywhere and were quite annoying and messy. I can understand that there are sometimes faulty garments. So I contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, which shows poor quality. , it was not a nasty email but just to let them know about the problem for future reference. Did I get an email back with concerns and perhaps an answer and help to remedy the problem or even a little sorry? No, I didn't, which left me in the dark and made me think, great customer service when they want the order but not after the order is delivered. It might be an oversight, but in the meantime, I possibly won't order anymore and still have a bitter taste in my mouth.”
