Didn't even have to do anything, they came and did the exchange right at my doorstep, gave me a brand new duvet cover. Love their products and have an amazing customer attention and service. 10/10 ”

First of all great quality linen am so pleased with it but what was really great was the way Jodie handled the fact that my delivery went to the wrong place and got a replacement to me in days with a personal note!
