“Very disappointed in your service. It was my daughter‘s birthday and she was stuck by her self with Covid we wanted the flowers to come first thing in the morning , we were told you opened at nine , to cheer her up. Needless to say after several phone calls they arrived at 1:30. Order was placed the day before with plenty of time to ensure a am delivery!”

“I ordered a beautiful arrangement at noon on Saturday and there was no issue having it delivered to a Manhattan hospital by the end of the day. A few hours later, I found out my friend had been discharged, so I called the Secret Garden to see if the delivery address could be changed. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and said he would contact the driver about the change of address, and my friend had the arrangement by 5:30 pm. Thank you, Secret Garden!”

“I wanted to send a floral arrangement to a friend . The day was Sunday. I called Secret Garden Rose . The person with whom I spoke was most helpful and assured me that the arrangement could be delivered that same afternoon. The recipient was delighted with the arrangement as was I.”

“I am extremely disappointed in the flower arrangement. The quality of the flowers is not good - not as all as pictured on your website. They were sparse and poorly arranged. I could have done better with grocery store flowers plunked in a vase. Having spent $180 for these flowers, I couldn't be more annoyed, and will do my best to make sure others hear of this bad experience.”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day to a relative in Brooklyn - I'm in California. They were delivered as promised and it was a beautiful arrangement. I had a couple of questions after ordering and called. The person I spoke to was extremely and helpful. The entire experience was great!”

“The flower arrangement I ordered for my daughter-in-law was spectacular! Lush, original and beautifully packaged. There were some issues with the late delivery but the establishment was very kind and apologetic. They are very very customer friendly and I am a satisfied customer.”

“Flowers were specified find me to be delivered on Friday after 9 AM and they delivered them Thursday night 9 PM the person was away until midnight Thursday night It ruined the whole birthday surprise hopefully they’ll be some compensation I’m what I was billed!! Thank you appreciate it”

“I would give a 4 but their order tracking falls short. The "Shop" app that the website said to download never said delivered. I had no way to know that the delivery would even be on the day that it was required without going through customer service. There should be a better way to track delivery.”

“I paid $131 for sunflowers to be delivered for my niece's birthday on Wed Nov 17th. The flowers were droopy upon arrival, then dead the following morning. The second delivery was just as bad. My niece's friend also sent sunflowers from a DIFFERENT FLORIST and they are STILL in great shape & today is Saturday Nov 20th! I am asking for a full refund as this has ruined my birthday gift and embarrassed me.”
