“Extremely disappointed! Old wilted flowers. Quality not worth the price. Promised replacement never materialized. Thought supporting a local florist was the way to go, BIG mistake!”

“I have placed 2 orders with Secret Garden and both contained beautiful flowers. The only complaint i have is that it is hard to tell online if/when the order has been delivered. Otherwise a good service.”

“Delivery is prompt and flowers appear as dense and varied as the picture promises. But the florist clearly used flowers that were old so they all wilted the same day. Not what I would expect from flowers you paid $100+”

“I paid for same day/weekend delivery which was quite expensive and my flowers were not delivered. The only way I discovered this was calling the next day and asking, only to find out not only were the flowers not delivered the previous day, but were not delivered again the next day. Had I not called, I have no idea if I would have even been informed of this. The company was unable to deliver the flowers that day and assured me they would arrive the next day in the morning and I would be refunded the same day delivery free. I called the company around 1pm the following day. Still no delivery. Eventually my flowers were delivered, I was told they were quite beautiful. I still have not received a refund for the same day delivery.”
