I wish I could give less than one star. Sedgwick has bankrupted my family once. This is on file in Colorado and I have the documentation. Now they repeatedly deny my STD claim for hand surgery for a job that is 90% typing. The surgeries have been to correct a flexon tendon laceration and laceration to 2 nerves. This is equal parts surgery and PT. Sedgwick is incapable of understanding this. This has been a major surgery and retraining of how to use my hand.... but 2 mths off work is over their heads for surgery, recovery, retraining, therapy, etc.

Where is the less than 1 star. I want to rate -5. My doctor has filled out their forms 3 times and each time they come up with a BS reason to reject them The new reason is that on their form # 11 "Patient Complaint" my doctor put "Foot pain" which I had to have surgery on. "Foot pain" was my issue, Not acceptable to Shitwick. I have worked for BAC for 11 years, never have I ever been put through anything like this. Tony G the appeal agent is rude, condescending and a complete a$$. BAC HR has been no help. So I don't get paid for 6 weeks for staying home trying to recover from surgery. I have no idea why when Bank of America brags about the great benefits , they force us to interact with such a crappy company as Sedgwick.

If there is a company in hell, it would be Sedgwick. If you ever want someone to kill themselves, have them file a claim with Sedgwick. Hands down, the most incompetent, poorly run company in the history of companies. It takes effort to be this bad, and they put in that effort in spades. Example of experience: We need this signature. *gets signature. Gets text saying they need more confirmation. Call Cuntwick. Employee says all documentation in order. 2 hours later gets text: Fuckwick needs more information. Calls. Needs documentation of signature that they already said they received. *Brown note hold music plays. Employee comes back on line to say they need to consult another department about how to give people the worst possible experience. Comes back on line. "Shitwicks system takes up to 4 hours to receive emails." *after calling and being dicked around for a month. I would rather be pumped full of meth, and skinned alive by a Mexican cartel than ever deal with this company again.

Is there anything less than a 1 star rating? They are the providers for Canadian Tire Petroleum division - whose car wash malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle. The adjuster does not respond to emails, does not explain anything and expects you to do all of the legwork in obtaining quotes. 4 weeks post damage - and zero answers. Had an 'acting' supervisor call me to give me her bologna corporate speech. Worst customer service ever.

Awful service. Claim adjuster never returns any calls or voicemail. Not possible to solve any problem. Do the best not to pay anything. Claims adjuster Carlye Cohorst even didnt know anything that i need to be paid and then said that she doesnt know anything about payment

They have made a stressful time into a nightmare. They never return calls. They don't send updates. You get a different answer every time. I wasn't notified until two months later that my claim was denied.

Worst company ever to deal with, there so called experts don’t seem to have any idea. I had four different experts to look at our claim and they all had different idea’s. Will be changing insurance company to one that doesn’t use this cowboy company

Terrible company who do not seem interested in a fair solution if your insurer uses them go elsewhere.

Absolute worst experience of my life trying to get my epic pass returned. Not only was it terrible service but they didn’t even refund the whole amount so I had to go back and fourth to get it corrected. It took 6 months or more

I hate that my employer BofA uses sedgwick to handle the employee medical leaves and FMLA claims. This company will deny your paid leave no matter how much medical information is provided by your health care providers. I will file complaint with BofA HR Team and appeal my claim.

Giving one star because there is no zero. Can't speak with a human. They never call you back. They don't reply to emails or it takes a week to get a reply. Took them 5 months to pay my totaled vehicle claim when other driver was 100% at fault and cited. Took haggling a month and a half to get them to pay anywhere near what it was worth. Gave them 12 comparative values for my car and they couldn't use them "because they were not local"; I and the comps were in Ohio; they used values in Chicago! If they promise to call back, don't believe them. They switched adjusters on me 3 times. You will waste your life hassling them and still get nowhere. GET A LAWYER NOW and save yourself the grief!

They are absolutely horrendous. I don't even know why company is still partnered with them. It's not like I am the only one that has had negative reviews or interactions with them. Why are they still being used as a disability agent? I wouldn't allow them to handle a claim for a corpse. They are liable to fruck it all the way up. GET RID OF SEDWICK!!!! TOTALLY USELESS.

Zero communication from anyone at this company. Our claims agent has been "off work" for months, and zero communication informing us who to contact since she is unavailable. Email left on their website, phone messages left, letter sent to their headquarters, absolutely no response to any of that. I'm not even sure they are still in business. On their website I asked for checks to be issued electronically instead of paper checks .. Big Mistake! They screwed that up and I'm not sure it will ever be rectified without a Court order. Not sure if they are crooks or just incompetent.

Walmart doesn’t care about us. Being forced to deal with Sedgwick when you’re literally dying from Covid is ridiculous. You hear over and over “we are here to make it easier” what a joke.

I must say that when it comes to the poorest of customer service, this company is at the top! They have a representative name Shauna Thomas who will send out an information packet with documents to sign for a workmen's compensation claim and on the same day will send out a letter denying your claim! She does not make phone calls and if you request a senior manager, "Carol" will call and the shrewdness of her heart is worse than Shauna's. I would terminate them both from my company. For a company who handles claims for injured employees, this company is the worse!! If there is a rating for below zero, you would find Sedgwick Claims Management Services.

If I could give 0 stars, unfortunately I would... Over the last 2 years I have dealt with Sedgwick extensively through my work. I am visually impaired and have had doctors corroborate everything. Sedgwick has continuously done bad work and inconvenienced me as often as possible. On my first continuous intermittent leave, they cancelled it without telling me. The email to let me know that "It is no longer valid" came without warning, a full 14 days after it ended. The work I missed during this time almost cost me my job, thanks to Sedgwick. Now I am trying to write this, letting them know about my most recent bad experience. I am currently on short term disability. They needed an extension without telling me, They requested it from the wrong doctor, then when I corrected them and provided them the contact info they needed, they proceeded to ask for incorrect information from my doctor. I asked them what next steps we need to take or if there is anything I can do, and without getting an answer, my claim gets denied. I have gone a full month now without any pay thanks to sedgwick continuously dropping the ball and I feel very disrespected by this company.

This place is terrible. Been dealing with them with various companies that I have worked for over the years, unfortunately. They love to deny claims. I had a recent claim that was disastrous. They kept sending me text messages that were conflicting. The whole process was confusing. They kept bothering the doctor and asked repeatedly for the same information, even after the doctor gave it. Just a total nightmare, then they deny the claim.

Our vehicle was taken into tire Kingdom on April 18 to prepare for a trip to Baltimore Maryland. Two new tires and complete rotation oil change etc. to make sure that the vehicle is safe. June 24 while driving down the hill in Baltimore, the front left tire started shaking and ripped off the car. Yes, the tire CAME OFF. Luckily, no harm to the occupants. $2000 later, With the Mazda dealership stating that the lug nuts were not torqued to the correct specifications…..Tire Kimgdoms insurance SEDGWICK DENIED responsibility and reimbursement. This is a tire company. They specialize in tires. The tire came off! Apparently that service person skipped class on lug nut day. Between the "service" and the accident, we are out over $2000. Over TWO THOUSAND DOLLLARS
