Bought tickets, informed that tickets would arrive in the week prior to the gig. In that week received an email to say that I had to sign in. Website however did not recognise the email address it had just sent the tickets to! Gig coming up this Saturday so still don’t know if we will be able to attend. Really poor! Have spent 2 hours already trying to obtain tickets without success! What a waste of time and money.

Tried for five days to get hold of See Tickets via four different channels (email, chat, phone, Twitter, FB) after they sent the wrong tickets to us for a festival. Zero communication. It was so easy for them to fix had they just had ANY customer service. Instead we spent an awful week emailing and tweeting them, stressing about whether to leave for a festival or cancel our Campervan and accommodation. At the last minute, the festival itself stepped in after I tweeted them. Utterly disgusted. Why a standards agency hasn’t stepped in, I have no idea.

Would mark 0 if it was possible. Bought 2 soccer aid tickets including refund protection. Guess what, we can't have a refund. Its structured to be impossible and they later note it's not an insurance policy. WHY DO YOU OFFER PROTECTION. FRAUDS. DISGUSTING.

My son ordered a ticket for Boardmasters however then had a change of heart and requested a refund - See Tickets accepted the refund request however 3 months later my son has not received his money, even though his ticket has been resold on the resale site. You cannot call See Tickets as the lines are not in operation, nor do they respond to the emails or online requests. The company is extremely poor and I suggest you never use them at all in the future as just rip you off ! If I could give them less than 1 star I would !

If you're unfortunate enough to have to use them to see an artist be very careful. No customer service, poor online interface, no contact number apart from a Californian number which I believe is their sister company. In a nutshell, they're ripping people off, causing people a lot of stress. I'm thinking of reporting them.

Absolutely gutted that I have to give 1 star! These guys should be done for theft, or fraud! How are the police not doing something about it? You effectively stealing £450 from me. Can someone please respond to me? I have tried the website (poor automated chat not) the phone number (everyone still off for Covid?) and emailed (standard get lost email on return)! Sort it out guys

Asolutey woeful customer service. Impossible to speak to a real.person and the chat bot is a joke. Refuses to give refunds, even when the venue changed. I didnt think I'd ever say it, but stick with Ticketmaster!

SeeTickets is a scam Company that is engaged in nefarious tactics to have reviews removed despite certified evidence of their abysmal service. We had an awful experience with their lack of contact and it caused stress and worry and instead of owning up to it they have instead lied and tried to hide the truth buying event tickets with SEE Tickets is not easy or a good service. if the event yo wish to go to uses see tickets expect problems

4 days before our festival. No sign of our tickets purchased 18 months ago from See Tickets, no response to repeated emails. No working phone number. Contemptuous customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. My partner and I bought two tickets for Diamond Head in Plymouth weeks ago, but unfortunately we got Covid.. We are still testing positive and are still sick. So rather than attend the gig tonight anyway we did the right responsible thing (as requested by the venue) and contacted See Tickets for a refund of our £40 - and were amazed to be told we are not entitled under their terms and conditions.. If their customers are expected to be fair and responsible to others by not attending whilst sick, I would hope See Tickets would also show fairness and responsibility too - but NO, they’re just a bunch of greedy, selfish scammers. I won’t be buying from them again and I advise others not to if you don’t want to be £40 out of pocket as we now are. Disgusting.

Hands down the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Emailed 7 days ago telling me that my tickets have been dispatched, received nothing. Checked online to find that they've dispatched the tickets to my old address despite me having updated it on their website, so contacted Royal Mail who tell me that although I have a reference number, See Tickets HAVE NOT provided the package to them?!! 7 days later!!! Not only do See Tickets not have a working customer service phone line (Allegedly closed due to Covid), but if you email them as requested, you get an auto reply saying to leave it til 2 days before the event to contact them?!! HOW??!!! Even when I try and use social media - Twitter, Facebook AND Instagram - there is NO REPLY. I haven't even had a reply to the email I sent their CEO Rob Wilmshurst... Absolute shambles of a company, avoid like the plague...

If i could give zero stars I would. Zero response in terms of customer service, no phone lines operating, no live chat, no complaints process, just an infuriatingly unhelpful automated chat bot. No sign of a refund or even any communication to that matter, after months of waiting and multiple requests through the enquiries form.

I attended the Concerto de Andrea Bocelli on the 25th of June 2021 order number 68238702. We were sat in a completely different location to that according to what we had purchased. This appears to have affected about three hundred other people. We complained (along with every one else) to the organisers but nothing was done. I complained to SEE tickets but they have my money and don't care. They ask you for details but their data base doesn't have any record of your order! The seats we received were grade Z compared to the seats we paid for. Frankly we were ripped off!

Bought a ticket for the Manics at Wembley, only to find out it is only a e-ticket, apparently it is clearly stated they say, but it is not. So people with no smart phone are banned from the concert, this is a shame and they wouldn't give me the money back. Never ever will I bay any tickets from them again

A DISMAL COMPANY. They will gladly take (STEAL) your money and do everything to ignore you when the costumer demands a refund they rightfully should get. Poor customer, no response team, zero care or respect for people who mistakenly bought a ticket through them. Asked for a refund MONTHS ago. Not a word from anyone. SEE TICKETS ARE CROOKS.
