“Vile vile vile store and vile manager, Stacey in the Longton store. Rude, unprofessional needs a good training course on how to actually speak to people. Never use this awful store, they will happily take your money, not make you aware that you will not get a refund then refuse, humiliate you in the store then make threats when you ask to speak to someone higher.”

“I’ve waited for my parcel for over a month, they said on the 17 of August they would contact Hermes and sort this out, I’m still waiting I’ve phoned twice to be told it’s being sorted. Still nothing, I will not be using again as I’ve not had a refund or anything sent out or even any contact from them since. I’ve proved via Hermes parcel tracker it never got to me so what’s the problem.”

“Fast delivery and I have recieved all of the items . The stitching on one of the items came undone but a quick needle and fred sorted that out”

“Actually really impressed with some of the quality, the sizing can be a bit dodgy but only slightly. I brought some dresses which had the best quality and looked amazing on however the bodysuits looked on the cheaper side and were slightly small but i have kept them.”

“The staff in Newcastle u lyme branch are lovely Great clothes cheap.prices which means I can have more and recycle the worn ones to charity ...the only problem I have is they dont do cash refund.”

“wouldn't even give it 1 star! complete and utter scammers took £77 off me and still no order has arrived, don't believe the website when they say extra 30% off at checkout cause that doesnt happen and certainly dont bother paying extra for express delivery cause you'll never see your order! I wasnt even supposed to pay express as it was over 70 but it still charged me!!! Absolutely no contact from customer services other than the same blanket email with my order details saying order is shipped and on the way but still no tracking number!!! please please please I urge you to NEVER buy from select!”

“Worst customer service ever, the manager threatened me and my friends to leave the store or she’ll call the security when we simply trying on clothes in the changing rooms and creating no type of havoc she blamed us for the mess we did not create! This is select in stratford westfields!”

“If I could give minus 100 I would me and my friends just went to the Westfield select store and the work who said she was the manager fully insulted us.she told us to get out and even said she would call the security for not picking up the clothes we left in the changing room eventhoght we repeatedly told her that it’s wasn’t us who left the clothes there.instead she responded but saying I don’t care get out or I’ll call the security just because we were young teens that didn’t even say anything back it was truly insulting do not go there unless u want to get insulted”

“Waiting xmss order 2wks to be told order was stolen by hermes delivery.l wouldnt of know only l phoned. l reordered and placed new order paid extra next day delivery 2hrs later l recieved an e.mail all out of stock and il have to wait 3/5days for my money its Disgusting!! You didnt wait for my payment that long. Costomer Service couldv told me instead of taking my money”

“Disguted as the company they would not exchange a pair of trouser which i lost my receipt but still had label on trouser now i have found receipt which was 15 day and there stupid policy is 14 days which i would of accepted a voucher never shop there again they are quick to take your money”

“I visited the Maidstone branch of Select on Monday 16th September. After selecting three items of clothing that I wished to purchase I went to the till to pay. There were two members of staff that were visible. I waited, and waited, and waited, for several minutes. I had an appointment to get to and was keen to be served and go about my business. However, neither of the two sales assistants were in any hurry to serve me so I left the goods on the counter and left the store. The length of time I waited wasn't the main issue here, although annoying, it was the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged. Very rude.”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service yesterday 12/09/2019 in the Select in Maidstone. Tried exchanging two pairs of leggings which had holes in the back where the security tags had been where I was told they wasn't able to exchange them without a receipt. I asked for the head office contact number as I was unhappy with what I've been told in which a member of head office spoke with the lady behind the counter and advised her to exchange my leggings due to these being faulty. The lady behind the counter was certainly not happy to serve me after that.”
