“I've found downloads Good to O.K. I feel free singing lessons is not a fair reward for Good Cuctomers. A free download for X amount of downloads is a very fair reward for good,loyal customers. Also, not having the CHOICE of ordering just a SINGLE download stinks.”

“I would highly recommend SELECTATRACK, easy to set up an account ..easy to order,, postage reasonable, customer service and contactability excellent and very speedy delivery. The only negative comment is that to me, £2 per track is a bit pricey and I can't afford to do as many discs as l would like.”

“wanted to buy a number of songs using a visa card and failed as the connection kept timing out on me as the process was slow, had to get a friend to use there PayPal account. Had a voucher number which when entered should allow me to buy songs for a £1 didn't work, so not a good first time experience”

“I have used this sight to purchase custom CDGs for a long time, but each time I go back they adopt new annoying practices, i.e. (1) the short preview of a song is of a long instrumental, (2) having to purchase "credits" in order to buy discs, and (3) the most annoying is I still had left over credits that I can't use now because the last time I went to the sight to purchase another disc , all I got was a message that said they no longer serviced my area. So If they still service your area, and you still trust them with your money, don't leave any left over credits”

“On the whole I enjoy the backing tracks on Selectatrack very much. If you were to ask if there is anything that I don't particularly like it would be difficult, however there are some songs that I would like to have but are not available and sometimes they are available but I didn't order it at the time. Later when I was selecting tracks for a new CD+G disc the track isn't available anymore. The song I am referring to was Spanish Stroll by Mink DeVille or Willy DeVille. Another thing that is quite annoying is when you listen to the sample of the song and the whole thing is taken up with the instrumental break with no vocal part to try out. Apart from that you are doing great. Thank you”

“I ordered two cdg,s from this company one custom made one and one standard cdg ,I phoned 3 mins after ordering to cancel the standard one as I'd found it cheaper elsewhere and was told I couldn't cancel as the order had gone though, won't be ordering from this company again .”

Hi, sorry to hear you did not enjoy your shopping experience with us. As explained in our terms and conditions, our order fulfilment system is totally automated, this allows us to deliver orders very quickly and ensures no errors are made. However it does also mean once an order is placed we are immediately committed on the licensing and copyright, hence the reason we add extra steps in to our checkout process to try and ensure customers have checked and re-checked they are happy with their selections before making a purchase.

“Before my initial purchase from Selectatrack,, I called and spoke to "Gary", he was really helpful and explained, simply and plainly, everything about the tracks, how to select the track, how to listen prior to deciding, how to pay, download, etc. I was really pleased at how simple and straightforward it all was. I paid for my tracks and did the download without any problems and I am really pleased with the results. I have since bought more tracks and will be returning when I need to buy again. Top service and a professional company. I can only recommend "Selectatrack".”
