“Flowers were beautiful and lasted for 2 weeks”

“The last two orders were very disappointing. The first was the usual freesias - a small (despite going for extra blooms) and very sad bunch of flowers - I was embarressed! The last one was of tulips - the flowers had obviously opened out some days before and they lasted less than a week. I will not be buying from you again.”

“I was looking for Charity Flowers and very sorry it is no more as I have been using it to send flowers and support a small charity for years. I gather sendabunch is the company that was fulfilling these orders. The orders were received on time and much appreciated. It is just sad that I can no longer support this charity while sending flowers.”

“Order was sent for a Birthday Present and arrive in a terrible Condition all smashed heads of the Flowers Brocken off, A new Bunch was sent out which were Perfect in every way but late for the Birthday, Will have to consider before ordering again with having Dead Flowers delivered for a Birthday”

“I only ever use this company to send flowers as in my opinion they are the best! I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother which didn't arrive. I emailed sendabunch who apologised and offered to send a replacement which they did. The original flowers did eventually turn up a few day later. Unfortunately royal mail had left them with an elderly neighbour and not left a card to that effect. I emailed sendabunch to explain what had happened. My mother was delighted with the replacement flowers. Full marks to customer care!!”

“I have been using another supplier and was appalled by the flowers I sent to my aunt when I visited her. it turned out they had forgotten to put water into the bag and the flowers were basically dead. I looked for another supplier and found Bunches.co.uk online. Being a family company I hope they were better and they were. I have seen several bunches of flowers I have sent to people and they are lovely and last for such a long time. In fact my godmother has just thrown out the last little bunch of flowers I sent her for Christmas. Well worth sending Bunches.co.uk flowers they are the best, well done bunches you have a customer for life.”
