We asked for them to be delivered on Tuesday 13th and they were delivered on Friday 9th. I know you can pay extra for the exact day but I didn't expect them to be 4 days out.

I'm so sorry to give this review, I ordered a bouquet on the 7th May, to be delivered 13th May,for my sister's birthday present,she still hasn't received it......😭😭😭

Flowers arrived 3 days before requested date. Several of flowers, particularly roses, only lasted about 7 days (4 days after requested date). I could not smell a significant odour althogh the requested item was "Fragrant Delights Bouquet".

I sent flowers to my mum for Mother's Day. They arrived on the Wednesday! Three days early !

Good Morning Sir, Apologies for the early delivery, having checked the order the item was shipped on the Tuesday using the standard free delivery option - this normally guarantees a delivery within 24-72 hours, however on this occasion it looks like the item was delivered next day. A standard delivery would not of guaranteed a delivery on mothering sunday. We do hope though that your mother enjoyed the flowers and that she had a great day. Asked for flowers to be delivered on my mothers birthday, arrived 3 days earlier, luckily she was at home. Flowers only lasted 4 days as the stems bent in half, even though in a tall vase. Not as good as my order before, which was a shame, not worth the money.

You offered a discount which was not allowed at the checkout I wrote to you and received areply asking for further particulars which was given. I have not received any further communication from you. I have been a customer for many years, I now feel the firm is not interested in customers.

Flowers were awful and several dead. You did send another bouquet out in replacement which was good but I did ask for some money off for the inconvenience (as flowers were a present for my nan) - no response. Very poor. Won't be using you again.

I have used sendabunch for a lifetime and always been your biggest fan but not this past Christmas. I ordered 3 lots of flowers and the promised free chocs did not arrive with any of the flowers. I e mailed you with a complaint and received no reply. All 3 lots of flowers, going to different parts of the country, were reported as being OK, "nice" but not quite as fresh as they usually are. They evidently didn't last as long as usual. June

"Fragrant Delights Bouquet" received 25/11/16 did not have any frgrance I could dete ct. Roses did not last as long as I had hoped.

My mother was the recipient of the flowers. She was very happy with the gift, but disappointed that she needed to sift through the stems to save the good ones and discard those that were too badly bashed.

Bouquet was lovely, but free chocolates for moving from Charity flowers were not sent. Cost for delivery on exact day meant your flowers more expensive than comparable ones and seemed dishonest pricing.

I have ordered flowers for my mum for many years and these were for mother's day as my mum has been very ill I wanted them to be special. the flowers did not last longer than two days and I was bitterly disappointed. Would have to consider if I order again

I paid an additional charge for a specific delivery date but the flowers and chocolates I sent arrived a day early. The actual box the chocolates were in had a hole in the bottom, however the box the flowers and chocolates were parcelled up in was not damaged in any way and didn't have any holes in. This implies the chocolate box was despatched with the hole already in it
