“To Whom It May Concern, I write to advise that the receipient received the flowers the 2nd time and was very pleasantly surprised. I thank Send a Bunch for the fast response and handling the disappointment. It was handled very professionally and I have to say the service was excellent. I commend you. I myself was very pleased with the outcome and settlement it means a lot to a customer to have it handled efficiently which it was. I will most definitely continue to use Send a bunch and highly recommend as well. Thank you very much it was greatly appreciated.”

“Flowers ordered on the evening of the Thursday before Christmas were delivered on Saturday a.m. I was amazed and very grateful. The flowers were to the same high standard you always provide.”

“This was our 42nd wedding anniversary and buying flowers for my wife was automatic as was buying them from Send a bunch. I've been buying their flowers for what must be 20 years now and as always neither of us was disappointed. Thanks to everyone at Sendabunch, the best floor shop I know.”

“Although I have often used and recommended Send a Bunch my last two experiences have been disappointing. Last year the ordered flowers were never sent and took weeks to be rectified, and this Christmas, flowers were delivered four days late, and dead. However I am prepared to think that it may have been the post but it has made me a little hesitant about using Send A Bunch again.”

“I have used SaB for many years for birthdays & condolences I have rarely seen. Obviously , the flowers in situ , but have always had delighted thanks One recipient always sends an e photo Once the flowers arrived on the non specified date & as this was unacceptable , as the recipient was going away , SaB sent a replacement , Debby was most helpful on the phone this year , although the SaB dispatchers had had to choose an arrival date of their own choosing as the date chosen by me , was near anon dispatch day”

“Despite the date we wanted the flowers to be delivered being advertised as available and paying extra for exact delivery date, the flowers were delivered over a week early. This meant the person was not at home to receive them so the sat in the post room for over a day. Very disappointed. Still awaiting refund. But another bunch of flowers plus box of chocs has been delivered.”
