“arrived a day early which was good but lucky i was home.considering the price iwas expecting a bit more flowers lasted about a week or just over.but i've bought carnations from sainsbury that are cheaper and you get alot more for your money and last longer.i might buy flowers from you again but very unsure”

“I've been using Sendabunch for longer than I can remember. The flowers are always fresh and always delivered on time. I am completely satisfied with the product and the service. (Oh, and it's saved my bacon more than once!)”

“All flowers purchased from send a bunch have been first class. That's from all the people they have been sent to. One of my brothers informed that the carnations sent to his wife first week in January lasted until the second week in March. Carnations sent to my sister and sister in law were wonderful, so I have been informed, some many blooms in the bunch. Thank you Sendabunch. All gifts of flowers to friends and family from me are always purchased from Send a bunch”

“I have always been very satisfied with your service. This year I had two orders going to two different addresses for Mother's Day. Having paid extra for the Saturday delivery I was extremely disappointed that one of the orders did not get delivered until after Mother's Day on the Monday. As I live abroad and can't visit my mother regularly this was doubly annoying and frustrating. It will not stop me using your service as the product is great but not receiving a service for which I paid extra made my unhappy.”

“Very efficient service, arrived the day before the Anniversary which was good that the recipients had them for their whole special day. They telephoned to say they were thrilled with them and the beautiful mixed colours of the flowers.”

“Unfortunately on this occasion the flowers I ordered did not arrive on time. Having contacted Sendabunch I was reimbursed but what a shame. The flowers did arrive later but when I saw them they did not look as nice as in the photo ... quite a small bunch.”

“As this was an Easter gift and I have not yet heard from the recipients (they may not even have received it yet) I am unable to give a review. I have had to guess a rating, so have put Normal in the hope that it was.”

“Flowers sadly did not arrive in time for Mothering Sunday. Lady on phone really nice and offered to send either more flowers or refund. We agreed to refund but this was not done for a further 2 weeks. Really disappointed as I have used this service before and never had any problems before.”
