“Living in Ireland I use Sendabunch for sending flowers to the UK. I have always found their service to be exact and I know the recipients are always happy.The only occasion when there was a problem Sendabunch sent new flowers and rectified the problem immediately so first class customer service.I would certainly recommend them.”

“your website cut off before I could give a delivery address to my friend therefore received flowers and chocolates myself no order no and no confirmation and not a message on card also. I thought because I had been cut off the order didn't go though so ordered on another website trying to contact your Customer Service useless response - who in their right mind sends flowers and chocolates to themselves didn't someone pick up on that will never use your website again flowers were of poor quality also”

“The staff are very friendly and professional on the Phone. When I made my order on-line I incorrectly wrote the postcode and the flowers were not delivered. When I queried this Sendabunch offered straightaway to send more flowers even though it was my mistake. That's what I call service!”

“The flowers were incredibly disappointing and in NO way resembled the ones ordered. Sad as quality was good. Initial complaint was handled very badly on the phone but following an e-mail I received a call and after listening to me the lady concerned, who was most pleasant offered a full refund which has since been received”

“Every year I send Flowers to my cousin and my Mother in law for birthdays and Christmas. All of the delivers have been on time and the flowers are lovely. They also last a long time I do send your flowers to other people for special reasons.”

“Poor quality flowers bouquet (dead freesias and dying carnations), given as a birthday present, so much so that in embarrassment the recipient let me know and I had to complain to you...this is the second time this has happened in my recent experience. I complained to you and you promised to send a second bouquet...I haven't heard yet whether they have arrived or in what condition.”

“I ordered two bunches of flowers just before Christmas. There were no problems with one of the deliveries to Frodsham but the second delivery to East Grinstead took place whilst my relative was not at home, no delivery card was left and she found the box of flowers behind her dustbin two weeks later.”
