“I ordered roses for my wife's birthday,they arrived 2 days before the arranged day. The very next day half the heads were dropping,I contacted customer service's who sent different flowers that arrived in good time.This process spoilt the surprise and the new bunch didn't last a week. I have used this company before and the recipients said they were very pleased,but now I wonder.”

“The flowers went to England (request) from Canada and the person who received them was delighted with them. They were delivered as instructed so I was able to tell the person that they were coming so I knew they would be at home to when delivery was due. Thank you Margary Bonnici”

“Ordered Freesia and Rose bouquet. Flowers arrived on time but roses died within 2 day before Freesia had even come out. Recipient phoned customer service and received a fresh bouquet and apology a couple of days later. Great customer service”

“I have used this company on quite a few occasions. I have never been let down. The flowers arrive in the time I have asked for and they have always been of good quality. They have in general lasted up to 3 weeks. I know I will use them again.”

“I ordered flowers for my sister who was scheduled to have a major operation but this was postponed on the last minute. I called Sendabunch early Monday morning as these were due to be despatched the following day. Not only was the lady I spoke to exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable she said she would delay the order for two weeks. This she did and they arrived yesterday. Superb service and sincere thanks are in order. Customer number M509953”

“The flowers that were delivered to my cousin, were of the usual high quality and lovely. But, I requested that they be delivered on her birthday 7th March and they were not delivered until 10th March. This is the 1st time that you have let me down, I am disappointed.”

“Flowers arrived at least two days earlier than ordered, whilst the recipient was on holiday. This obviously meant they did not have them as good or for as long as was hoped. I didn't see anything on the order that stated they may arrive early.”
