“The flowers sent were for my sister-in-law and she was absolutely delighted with them. She kindly sent me e.photos of them and emailed me a week later to say they were as good as new. They didn't look as appealing to me as the example given on your website but I do understand there are seasonal variations. I was very satisfied with your conscientious and friendly service. Thank you, and I will certainly use you again.”

“The flowers I sent to my friend were beautiful and lasted a very long time, however this is the second lot of flowers I have sent her and no card has been enclosed with the flowers to say who they were from. Regards Barbara Stevens”

“I have used your company several times and have always been happy with the service. HOWEVER I was not very impressed to hear from my mother who received the flowers that she found them in her downstairs bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The delivery person must have been unable to make my mother hear him knocking and proceeded to open the front door and put the flowers on the bathroom floor. Perhaps in future you may include the recipient's phone number so the delivery man could call to let her know she has a caller. She is newly living alone and if she had found him indoors she would have been dreadfully upset. She is 85. Lovely flowers and chocolate, bad delivery.”

“Easy to order, reliable delivery and as far as we know the flowers are very satisfactory. Because the service is used to send flowers to recipients far away we never actually see how good they are, and rely on recipients being honest in their reports. They would perhaps be reluctant to say "the flowers you sent me were rubbish"! We know of one case when unsatisfactory flowers were received (from someone else) and they were promptly replaced by very good specimens.”

“The People that I send Flowers to have always said how pleased they are with them and how well they keep. So I would say that they must be very good as the people that I send them to can be quite fussy about thier flowers.”

“Highly dissatisfied with the flowers i received. Not at all like the pictures and described. Ended up getting some replacements for less than half the price that looked better. Overall spent over £40.00 extremely unhappy and will not be recommending.”
