“Having used Sendabunch for many years I have never been disappointed. Freesias are most often ordered which always arrive in perfect condition - the flowers are carefully packaged yet still look beautiful on opening the box, showing the care and pride the company take in delivering a quality product. The freesias are "lush" and smell beautiful and generally last for a fortnight (or more depending on room conditions) which can be rare for such cut flowers. Certainly recommended.”

“I bought two bunches. The second was delivered perfectly. However the first was delivered a day early even though I'd paid for to have it arrive on a particular day, and as a result the recipient had to pick them up from the post office because she was out. Took the shine off.”

“The flowers always look great from the brochure and so I could be a bit worried if the flowers arrive and they are not so great, but your flowers are always as they look in the brochure and they last, they stay looking fresh for well over a week. I will always use your company as your prices are very competitive and flowers beautiful. Thank you.”

“I paid an additional charge for a specific delivery date but the flowers and chocolates I sent arrived a day early. The actual box the chocolates were in had a hole in the bottom, however the box the flowers and chocolates were parcelled up in was not damaged in any way and didn't have any holes in. This implies the chocolate box was despatched with the hole already in it”

“I ordered the 30 mixed freesias for my Mum for Mother's Day but she sent me a photo which was nothing like the photo advertised on your website. There certainly wasn't 30 freesias and they were all white not mixed colours like advertised. On top of this I emailed Send a Bunch an email on 4th March and again 11th March to complain and they haven't even had the courtesy to respond. I'm absolutely disgusted with this so called service!!! NOT HAPPY!”
