“To us over here in Australia, this Company is a tremendous asset. Recently we sent flowers to our niece who had a serious operation and the flowers arrived way before even a greeting card would have done. Thank you SO much. We have been using your service for many years and find it terrific! We have never had a report of poor delivery or poor quality.”

“I used sendabunch when we lived in England as I always new the flowers would be fresh, arrive on time, look beautiful and last such a long time. Now we live in Canada, sendabunch is still my 'go to' for sending flowers to the UK for all of the above reasons and I know they will always look fabulous and very reasonably priced. “I have been using Sendabunch for almost thirty years and have always found their service very good - never missing a requested delivery date! Since I have been living in various countries around the world it is comforting to know they are reliable and the flowers are so fresh. I never think to go elsewhere.”

“I ordered tulips & freesias for my sister's birthday which was on Mon. March 2nd. I hoped the flowers would be delivered on her birthday but instead they arrived on Sat. Feb. 28th. Since she was out, they were left on her front door step and not with a neighbour. The quality of the tulips was very disappointing. They were drooping and the leaves were turning yellow. Tulips often look like this when they're about 4 days old and certainly shouldn't have this appearance on the day of delivery. My sister told me that previous deliveries from your company have been disappointing but she didn't like to tell me. Sometimes it's difficult to get valid feedback as the recipient is reluctant to complain to the giver.”

“The on-line purchasing process was easy to follow. However, I asked for delivery on 3 March (birthday on 4 March) and the actual delivery was on 28 February, which I thought was too far in advance of the requested date. I do understand that delivery is not guaranteed, but one day either side seems to be the norm. This will not prevent me from using the service again.”

“I was disappointed to hear from my sister that the flowers that I sent her from you were just left on the doorstep, she couldn't tell me how long they had been there, but her husband found them when he came home from work. It would have been nice for her to receive them personally, saying that she said the flowers were beautiful. Thank you.”
