“I've never had a bad experience of sendabunch before but unfortunately on this occasion the recipient was out and just missed the delivery. Instead of leaving the flowers outside the front door (inside a communal area), the flowers were taken back to the post office and by the time the recipient was able to collect them a few days later, they received a box of dead flowers, so a total waste of £25! AMENDED.... I feel I need to amend my previous review because customer service have been so fantastic. Since my previous review my sister has been sent replacement flowers and is absolutely delighted with them, she says they are beautiful. The fault was not with the flowers (which have always been excellent) but with the post person who just didn't use any common sense regarding the delivery or even leave the correct card to say the item was perishable. My rating has gone back up to 5 stars!”

I am a very happy customer who likes to return to yourselves for flowers/plants for home delivery, as I find that you are a company that can be wholly relied upon; a super range of plants/flowers for all occasions; a superb website, easy to navigate; friendly, yet business-like approach; a highly reliable delivery schedule; competitively priced purchases. I initially found you via an advertisement, as displayed in a TV magazine. That was many years ago, perhaps around 14 to 16, to be exact. My first purchase was for my late mother, and, as all worked out very well indeed, I continue to return to yourselves for flower/plant home delivery, primarily for special relation occasions, such as birthdays and Christmas. My female relatives have always been highly delighted with their gifts!! Thank you all at Sendabunch, for your kind assistance over the years. “My friend who received your flowers and chocolates was very happy with the beautiful roses. For many years I have used Charity Flowers, but now they have finished trading, I was more than happy to discover your Company. “I ordered 40 Freesias to be sent to Sark for our Daughter and late Son-in-Laws Anniversary. We arrived on Sark for a holiday with our Daughter on 18th. April. The flowers arrived on 19th. as requested. They are absolutely stunning, a gorgeous mix of colours. We put 20 on the grave and our Daughter had the other 20 as planned. Both lots are still absolutely gorgeous after over two weeks and will certainly last after next week when we go home. Sendabunch has excelled themselves. We are all delighted. Thank you. S. Watt.”
