“Unfortunately the collection was a day late and on calling I was told "the driver was 2 hours away" and couldn't get there but in reality the next day when the pickup was made i said to the driver what happened to you yesterday then and he said what did I mean and I told him and he was only given the pickup that morning . Hmmmm!!”

“The delivery was supposed to be next day. It took 3 days to arrive due to a "computer glitch". The reality was that tracking information was not available until after the delivery date. Read into that what you will. At least they apologised, but no offer of recompense for waiting in on the day they said they would deliver. I managed to track down the local company who was the final link in the delivery chain. Between us we worked out a mutually convenient time for a delivery. That aspect was good, but it was down to my detective skills and no thanks to Sendapallet.”

“I waited in all day for the agreed delivery, then just before 5pm, received a phone all to say it wasn't coming. Rearranged delivery for The following Monday 8-12. The delivery was received after the agreed delivery slot and I was on my way out. They were lucky I was still in! Not a good service. I would not have even given this one star! But the system demands one.”

“I use Mitchells delivery pallet services company on Daley basis. from 100 sent pallets had only 1 small issue thats all.”

“I had to phone them to find out where my delivery was at 4pm, was told it was unsafe on the pallet so would be delivered the next day. Got a call the next morning to say it was out for delivery & would be with me by 11am. At 1pm I called again & was told it would be with me within the hour, which it was. Unfortunately it was damaged, something that didn't come to light until I unwrapped it so I have no recourse with sendapallet because I signed for it without noting the damage. Ah well, live & learn”

“Was kept informed by email from start to finish. Item arrived on schedule and in first class condition. The final deliverer John Jeffrey from Kids transport could not have been more obliging and helpful and rang 30 mins before arrival. Absolutely excellent service. Well done”

“Tracking would have helped if it had indicated roughly what time the goods would arrive. When I looked mid morning it justindicated that the goods had been loaded on a truck with no idea exactly whatr time they would arrive. The supplier suggested that the truck would arrive am, in fact, it arrived pm.”
