“Easy to use service with a good web interface. That is why I always use them when I have the odd pallet to send. Would help to have the dispatch note named as such in the email that you send out so I do not have to go through all of the attachments to the email. Perhaps make the VAT invoice a pdf file also?”

“had an engine on a pallet waiting for collection, they turned up when the tail lift was out of order! so obviously couldn't take it. Turned up the next day with a working tail lift however they came late about 4.30 so another day is lost. had another engine waiting to be picked up... complete no show, no email nothing. there excuse was they ran over there hours. After a phone call... its due to be picked up again first thing. They do make there destination though, eventually.”

“item repeatedly didnt get collected....my customer was lied to and told it wasnt ready for collection when it had sat there for days. took a lot of work to get it collected and sorted which was then late for customer...when carrier did turn up he had no idea what he was fetching and where it was going. awesome service.....not! used once....will only ever use....once.... try better to keep customers....i would.”

“When pallet was delivered at my home address it was dumped on my driveway blocking it from future use.maybe a phone call to myself would of been helpful.this was a very heavy item so I now have a lot of hassle to move this item to a better place.I think common sense was not used here. Both myself and my wife are in this line of work and would never leave a customer in this position. I will not be using send a pallet again.”

“The expensive equipment that was sent was obviously not handled sensitively and was delivered in a damaged and now unfortunately non-functioning condition. The pallet and contents were clearly not looked after in transit and the equipment thrown around in the back of the vehicle. I have not complained about a delivery before but this was an outrageous service and I am having to claim via the insurance. I would avoid if you have anything fragile or of high value.”

“The item was delivered fine but an outside ornament was very badly damaged. This wasn't reported to me, it was simply put back to look like it was ok. If the person had been honest about it although id have been upset id have been fine about it but instead there was no honesty, apology in fact it was down right rude and sneaky. I will never use or recommend this firm.”
