“Hi, from an arrangement and collection perspective it was good, the recipient says they were in all day and the driver did not ring the bell. I received a call to say there was no one in at the delivery address. I wasn't there so can't really comment. However, it was a good price and it was delivered on the day, so overall it worked.”

“driver was very helpfull,i had a engine on a pallet,on its side,oil leaked every were on his truck,black oil,we mopped it up,he pallet truck engine to my drive,curb,i jet wash his pump truck,help him clean his lorry,boots then i jet wash the road,and then my engine as was very oily he was very helpfull and glad of the help,i gave him some rags for the rest of the day very good service,he cared about his job,custermers”

“I booked the collection from Bexhill ,online in the afternoon it was collected at 0930 the following day , the road was being dug up and access was made difficult the driver made no fuss and quickly loaded the pallet It was delivered at 10:50 the day after in Poole Dorset , fabulous service many thanks”

“I needed to transport two Land Rover doors from Norwich to Birmingham as the cost and time would make collecting them impossible. Sendapallet had a very easy to use website, clear pricing structure and were the cheapest. I booked but then found that I was unable to forward the labels to the seller, and also that the seller was not going to be around when the pallet was collected. He put it out ready on the drive the following morning with a hand written address and consignment number and the courier did the rest. I was unable to track progress, presumably due to lack of proper label and so was actually out when the delivery was made to my address. I was expecting a two day service from collection - not from making my booking. The driver called me and we discussed where he could safely leave it on my drive. He had no tail lift on his truck so unloaded my pallet and repacked it behind my bins for me to find a couple of hours later. This was 'above and beyond' as far as I was concerned: what a star! On the whole a very impressive collection and delivery service for less than fifty quid. Well done. Happy to recommend.”
