“Payed for am delivery but pallet didnt turn up till the afternoon. Bit unfortunate but it did have to come from a long way away and problems do arise with traffic holdups etc. so not too bothered as it did turn up all safe and sound. When i called customer service i spoke with sarah and she was more than helpful and phoned round to find the pallet for me and called me back when she said she would...all credit to her. Had another pallet arrive which was over a day earlier than expected so evened itself out. Overall completely satisfied with the service and customer care thankyou”

“Website easy to use clear and concise, delivery and collection times advised and met, with online tracking. Delivering lady driver took trouble to ring from delivery point as unable to find representative on site to receive goods. Consignment was well packed and arrived undamaged and intact. Would recommend this carrier and service.”

“Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Normally my supplier boxes things so I use a normal courier to collect. However due to a large order they put my order on a pallet. The price quoted was the same as it normally costs for a couple of boxes by courier so was very happy with the price. Unfortunately there was a mix up and my supplier put it on the wrong truck. Once this was sorted Sendapallet were happy to rearrange collection. This was delivered the next working day after collection. The delivery driver was very friendly and despite the tightness of our road managed to back up onto our drive and put the pallet next to the front door for me. Tracking did not seem to track till several hours after collection. When it did track it was very exact and detailed. Customer service staff on the phone at sendapallet were very friendly and helpful. I really would not hesitate to use them again. Very impressed.”

“A very good service. The best price I could find to do the job at that time. Even though the pallet was not the correct type to fit the pallet trucks the driver was very helpful and, with some assistance, managed to load the pallet. The pallet was then placed on top of another pallet free of charge to make delivery easier. The delivery driver 'phoned me with an arrival time, he had delivered to me before so knew exactly where I wanted the pallet unloaded. He was pleasant and helpful. All in all you couldn't ask for more.”

“Unfortunately the seller no longer had the item to be collected even after several attempts by the courrier. I asked to cancel the order and got refunded nearly immediately. Contact has been very good throughout.”
