“You guys are very awful I don’t know why it takes you forever to process a mobile money transaction while other networks send it as quick as 30 min to an hour I still have a transaction not sent yet from you guys and it’s been over 2 days now , you guys are very poor in everything”

“Good service. Could it be a little quicker? The real benefit of sendvalu for me is the fact I can transfer to Money Agencies (eg Padala) in the Philippines as well as banks eg. MLhuillier; Palawan; etc. People who need money support in 3rd World Countries don't have bank accounts. One reason is because they need a holding amount eg in Philippines some banks require customers to hold 1,000 pesos or more to keep the account open. Banks are also very slow 3 to 5 working days!!! & HBSC take 880 pesos as well. I also like the way you keep in touch with customers, & especially your Support office responds to emails quickly & helpfully! Sincerely Dermot Walls”

“I'm very satisfied with SendValu. The revue of the transaction takes a few hours. Perhaps that could be improved. I realise your partners in the destination countries have to revue the transfer data but given that is probably done by computer could this be speeded up? I'm back using Sendvalu after an absence of a year or more & pleased my transfer went through without a hitch! Sincerely”
