This time it was very good service but it is not consistent. Prior to this transaction, I have a cancelled transaction due to a repeated error which Sendvalu can’t fix. I re-send and this time I just got lucky maybe.

Sendvalu is a rip-off they tell you they charge 10 dollars to send $400 but when you look in your ac account it's 200 hundred dollars more taken out of your account and when you contact you gets no answer

Hello, Mr. Simms. You were charged a total of 411.42 EUR for transaction #766588. 400 EUR for your transaction + 11.42 EUR sendvalu fee. It could be the charge for converting USD to EUR and others. Please contact your card issuer or the bank for further assistance.

Please these 2 transactions on my account I made some days ago are not going and Isabel Mancini told me if I can’t wait I should email for Cancellation and I have done that days now and no one is replying me. Please I want the transactions cancelled and my money charged back to my card. These are the respective transaction ID’s , amount, Date and time 764827 ($360.46) made on the 8/12/2020 at the time of 14:15:48 766091 ($509.48) made on the 16/12/2020 at the time of 22:52:26

Hello, Kingsley. Sorry for the late reply on this. Both transactions were cancelled on December 19, 2020. Due to security reasons, our system was unable to process these two transactions thus leading to errors. The money was charged back to your account immediately but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.

I have been using this service for the past 9 months and everything was good but now honestly I don’t know what is happening to them. Every transaction I make has a problem with the status Attempt and the money does not go to the receiver.... I have requested for cancellation and still waiting for my money. 2 transactions with the same problem on my account. I trust in them but if they think they are facing problem they should just tell use to stop using Their services until they fix the problems. Am saying this because it’s not good to send someone money and while the person is expecting the money he or she can’t receive it. They must also understand that we are not using their services for free we pay charges. I have $860 locked with them and the transactions are not going through with the Status Attempt, and it’s a total of 2 different transactions. There is nothing I can do than to just seat back and hope I will get my money back or the respective receivers can receive the monies even dough I have requested for Cancellation by email just like ISABEL MANCINI a support person ask me to do..!!

Not very pleased as you put the second transfer I made through and cancelled the first transfer I made. I have tried also to get my Passport in to you and had to send it by email as your site does not allow me to upload directly. Is this the reason for cancelling my first transfer ? I do need the first transfer to go through asap as it if to buy food for a friend who is hungry..

Sorry for the late reply on this, Dave. Your first transaction was cancelled by our local partner due to some reasons. We still have a copy of your valid ID on file and you do not need to send it again unless it has already expired and needs to be updated.

Some of my transactions took more than three days to be paid out.. and on several occasions the money was paid out but my family member did not receive the money... When she went to the payout location to find out why she was informed that her account had been hacked and someone else received what she should have received..

We are unable to process transactions to Cuba at the moment. Our correspondent bank has stopped sending money to Cuba. It has nothing to do with sendvalu and our distribution partner.
