Very disappointing flowers. Not worth the money. Customer services not interested in trying to resolve my complaint. Used them before, but never again.

I was sent flowers by a friend on 14th February. They contacted me to ask if I had received a parcel. I said NO. Why? They told me to check the main entrance to the Apartments. On opening my door I found a box propped up against my door. The rroses were cramped into a far too small thin box with NO wet tissue around the stems. Two days later they are already dying. This is NOT my first experience of flowers delivered by your company. What is wrong with ringing a bell or calling me on the intercom to the apartments? Covid is no excuse for bad quality and service albeit has become the excuse for everything. As a business woman I cannot accept Covid as an excuse.

Flowers for Valentibes never arrived, now 3 days later still no flowers and Serenata customer 'delight' team are not giving a refund. Do not use this company.

Poor quality flowers delivered a day late. If you want a quicky divorce, use Serenata flowers.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day, showed on website as out for delivery all day but never arrived. Complained and got a standard reply stating as long as they arrived within 48 hours of the promised date that was good enough as far as they were concerned. Delivery dates weren't guaranteed apparently despite the website giving the impression they were and no mention of this on the order confirmation they sent. Lots of similar reviews from disappointed customers' DO NOT USE they couldn't care less.

£35 for a dozen red roses delivered in a cardboard box that would fit through a letterbox! How 'special' is that???? I will leave you to make up your own mind as to whether that sounds like money well spent, personally, I feel ripped off! First and last time using Serenata flowers.

Absolutely scandalous. Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day. Came on 15th February. Poor quality. Will never order from them again.

Absolutely terrible company, please avoid and be wary of any of the recent excellent reviews as I would suspect they are doing them themselves. You will not get what the photos show, trust me. Customer service is there, but currently trying to wriggle out of refunding me. Delivered 1 day late and cost £30. A £5 bunch in your local filling station would look better.

Just received half dead flowers! so upset for my boyfriend as he spent alot of money on these - these are clearly days old and the box was damaged - these flowers are nothing like the description. SHAME ON YOU SORRENTO FLOWERS!

I would not reccomend this company. despite their punctuality on delivery. They did not deliver what I asked for in colour or quantity of flowers. After a long correspondence showing them my disappointement they were clearly not interested to resolve the matter. The customer service team is completely not apologetic and they were not even able to offer a voucher or a discount code as a gesture of goodwill, at least! When I told them that I will make sure not to use them in the future they only thanked me to let them know. Please be aware that what are you seeing in the picture it's definetely not what you are buying and paying for.

Abysmal, disgraceful, almost scam like. Just a few of the non curse words that I could list to describe the flowers sent from this company. It’s obvious from reading genuine reviews from other listings that they are not sending people what they advertise. Sent me flowers which cost £26 that are not worth 20 pence. The were already dying and have died completely the next day. Five stalks in total. I got a refund but an upsetting experience all round. Don’t buy from them, plenty of reputable sellers elsewhere.

Truly awful. Truly awful. Flowers purchased for a 40 year service retirement company presentation delivered to the wrong address even though it was clear and concise. Presentation ruined. Redirected to the ladies home address for the earliest two days later. In fact they were delivered back at the original company location left against security gates on a Sunday morning. Do not trust this company if you value the occasion you’re celebrating. Truly awful.

The flowers took forever to get delivered and, by the time they arrived, and without any warning, they were left unattended on a front porch – instead of just calling? I had to tell my girlfriend to look around, but she couldn't find anything; so now she has no flowers and no surprise. Amazing. When I contacted their Customer Service, they said they would need to investigate the issue with the courier, meaning it could take up to 48h for them to send a new bouquet... Even more amazing. Honestly, if those flowers carry any meaning to you, avoid Serenata at all costs.

Flowers arrived half dead. Very dry leaves looked as if left out in a frost. Pictures sent and advised could see that poor condition another lot sent to me. Box put through my letter box yet a note on door asking to put at open gate side of house. Flowers brown leaves dropping and fit for bin. More pictures sent. Apology sent to me told can’t send more flowers a refund given to my brother who purchased these. I never got my flowers. Not only was this my birthday present it was a gift as I had tests for cancer. My brother was trying to do a lovely thing for me. This is the first and last time my friends, family and myself will use this company to order flowers from. Spoilt my birthday not only on one delivery but also the following delivery that should have resolved this.

Sadly one star is too generous. I would not recommend Serenata Flowers. We ordered an arrangement on the 17th January, to be delivered on the first available date, which was Wednesday 20th January. After numerous emails from Faith and Neale and also standard replies in the mix, it is now Saturday 23rd January and the flowers, according to delivery tracker, are now at the 'local depot' , where they have been since yesterday. I am not impressed, these flowers were to delivered to a much loved relative who has just undergone major and very intrusive surgery and given the national lockdown, we are unable to visit her in person. So we felt lovely arrangement of flowers from a supposedly reputable online florist was a good option. Yes the flowers are to be delivered to Guernsey and yes Storm Christoph was a hinderance, however, we were promised that the flowers will be delivered. I cannot telephone them as it is online only, I have asked them to call me and this has not happened. We are angry and want a full refund as we are disappointed and not convinced that the fresh flowers will arrive looking fresh or even last long, given they have been in transit since at least TUESDAY, when I received an email to say that they were on their way 'chauffeur driven'.

Put an order in 10 days before I wanted them delivered - they still didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. My friends 60th birthday surprise was completely ruined as I had to keep texting my friend to see if the flowers had been delivered. When she eventually got them the following day - the bouquet didn’t look that great - a supermarket bunch would have been a lot more acceptable! Avoid this company - they are not reliable.
