“No flowers received at all! Missed the moment . Nothing to show for money spent . Total non event . Now friend feels guilty and wants to reimburse me for my surprise gift - not good”

“Ordered the lrg costing £35 only to receive the med and completely the wrong colours not only is it a nightmare to get through to them but spoilt a special day as was taking to the cemetery was offered a refund for half the price but not exactly half price as they have said they will half price the £35 I paid when the nxt size down is cheaper in all fairness a full refund and a replacement would have been better as really spoilt a special day”

“Flowers didn't arrive until 6pm and were very badly damaged when they did arrive, the few stems that there were! I paid £35 for the flowers and upgraded to the deluxe option for my mother's 60th birthday as a special surprise however would have received better quality and more stems for around £10 from the supermarket. Very very disappointed. Will not be using again.”

“Decided day before my mother's birthday to send flowers as a little extra something, I had scanned other online florists but Serenata was good value and able to deliver next day (a sunday) which other florist could not do even though they say next day delivery. Had an email to inform me it was being made and then another to say it was delivered all within 24 hours. A very happy customer and Mother!”

“I ordered these flowers from Newcastle upon Tyne to be delivered to Stourbridge in the West Midlands as I was not able to attend my cousins funeral, I got some feedback from a relative about the wreath she said the flowers were beautiful. Thanks Serenata”

“Lovely flowers my niece was very pleased and they did arrive on time, and when they said they would. I was also kept in touch with a email saying they had been delivered. They were good quality and price, I will definitely use again unlike the last ones who did not deliver my sisters funeral flowers at all. Unforgivable.”
