“Delivery a day late”

“Hello Sent flowers to a dear friend for her Birthday, she is just out of hospital. The flowers arrived on her Birthday and she sent me a thank you message with a photo of the flowers. Could see that the red roses were not at all fresh and the bouquet that I payed more for, I am an OAP, looked tired except for the lillies which were still in bud. Was extremely disappointed Maggie Andersen”

“The bouquet was apparently lovely when it arrived, but when I saw it on the second day after delivery, of the 3 roses in the bouquet, 2 were dead. First time I'd ordered from Serenata and this was disappointing.”

“Ordered flowers and a balloon to be sent on Saturday but didn't get there 😔 I wanted them to be received on this day as there going away soon and won't get to enjoy the flowers as long .”

“The email I received stated that my delivery was with a chaffeaur. Actually my delivery was with a white van driver that delivers every kind of goods going.”

“I think it should be moe clear when placing the order it is next day but can be up untill 9 This was not acceptable for a delivery to an office for my dear friend which was her last day at work. She did not get to receive her flowers as was delivered to an office next door after 5.30. I also feelits very frustrating that you do not have a contact number I will say you did respond back to my email quickly but thought you would like to know that the hours of delivery should be when ordering not in terms and conditions many thanks Fiona”

“I ordered flowers last Wednesday for a Sat arrival to Northen Ireland for my wife as we have just had our first baby. The flowers didn't arrive and nor have theu and it is 15.26 on Monday. I emailed a complaint and was told no guarenteed delivery and I aslo complained that as I had conformation of the flowers being in the depot since sat I was worried that they would have an extremely poor shelf life. I have only give 2 stars as I have not yet seen the flowers. Otherwise it would be 1 as the service has been pppr”

“Flowers arrived 3 days late. Got a full refund but were ordered two weeks in advance for my wife's birthday. no way to contact the firm except by email. Day ruined despite making the order well in advance. Order tracking next to useless as it tells you nothing.”
