Tried to order with my 15 per cent discount! Impossible so paid full price! Took ages to order because of this!

I PAID £9.99 for delivery BEFORE MIDDAY and the surprise was spoilt by them not arriving until 12:55. I hah to tell the recipient to stay in as she told me she was going out at about 12:15!

Awful website that does not work properly, no time to change or amend order despite the website saying I did have time, no response through Facebook when I asked for help. Will not be using again as this proved to be a very stressful experience and I ended up having to just allow flowers to be delivered to an address where I knew there was going to be no one home for another 2 days as they had gone away unexpectedly.

Flowers were thrown over the side gate and damaged. I paid for a birthday balloon but there wasn't one delivered

The flowers were dreadful! Looked Nothing like the picture when ordering, many were dried out & dying on arrival. They were certainly Not a luxury bouquet, I've bought better from the supermarket &/or gas station. Very disappointed at the quality, especially as they were sent as a surprise gift delivery. Also, we Didn't like the fact that they were crumpled up & delivered inside a box! We Wouldn't recommend to anybody nor order from you again.

2 and a half hours after I placed the order I was sent an email informing me they weren't able to fulfill the order. This was disappointing as I needed the flowers delivered that day. On the plus side, they offered to upgrade the order and fulfill it the next day, or provide a refund. I opted for the refund which was dealt with reasonably quickly

A couple of hours after I ordered I was sent an email saying they were unable to fulfill the order, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the refund was processed reasonably quickly.

When my friend received her plant arrangement, it looked as if the box had been up side down. The arrangement looked a mess, one of the plants had come adrift, there was soil in the bottom of the delivery box and the greeting card was soiled and ruined.

I ordered and paid for a birthday card, the parcel that arrived was soaking and when I opened it the birthday card that was not in an envelope was completely unrecognisable and both leaves were stuck together. The flowers were fine, chocolates and cake good.

I ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered for Saturday and after being convinced via email on Saturday that delivery would be happen , they didn't actually arrive untill Monday! You advertise next day delivery but even with plenty 2 days notice the flowers were still late and delivered at s time that wasn't requested. Although they were lovely flowers , the customer service department should not have given me false information claiming delivery on the Saturday was going ahead.

The flowers are fine . Delivery service is terrible. Don't deliver and then say they were unable to deliver . Because of this the 'fresh ' flowers have been in a van for almost 32 hours ! Wouldn't use them again

The picture of the flowers ordered didn't correspond to the actual bouquet you receive I attached photo so decide for yourself There should be a description beside each option what actually you are purchasing with dimensions and actual photos . Not studio made ultra Photoshoped items

Flowers ordered according to the picture provided were very different form the ones you receive . Pictures little bit misleading, so just because it arrived on time , i gave 2 stars

I found easy to chose & order flowers on line. I received email to say flowers were on their way. 6 hours later received text informing me they had been delivered. Within 2 days the flowers were going brown. Maybe this was because they had damp paper around the stems & had been on delivery van for 6 hours. Flowers brought at local Sainsbury's on same day as flowers were delivered lasted longer. Very disappointed as these were to congratulate my daughter on her engagement & cost much more than Sainsbury's flowered

""Sadly flowers were not very happy even after trimming and arranging in vase probably down to the fact their stalks were simply wrapped in wet tissue and then left in our boiler room which is heated at all times. Flowers were sent as a surprise and even though email address was changed still received notification on original email address. Spoilt surprise!

Let's talk about the good first - flowers arrived on time and look stunning. Unfortunately though there is more bad than good: 1. Card was badly creased and message insinde was on a sticker that was haphazardly stuck in with little or no care. 2. Ordered chocolate with the flowers (they were for our 15th wedding anniversary) and this was never delivered! 3. Struggling to make a complaint as there is no phone number and the customer contact options don't clearly cover this issue 4. Awful communication post order and pre-delivery - I only received the order confirmation 45 minutes prior to the flowers being delivered and never received a dispatch or delivery confirmation. That said, it's a lovely bouquet and my wife was happy (she doesn't know about the missing chocolate) so mission accomplished I suppose.

""Customer service very difficult to communicate or raise concerns with. Not easily found information, if at all, on the website regarding the number of stems in deluke or grandissimo bunch of flowers, but very easy to pay extra. I paid for a vase and teddy bear but only received a vase despite paying for both. Raised the issue with customer services and got an automated response twice to little effect and very impersonal, leaving me with the impression the are only concerned with sales and not customer services. I was asked to take a photo of the Teddy I didn't receive. How???? There is a tracking option but it is not updated so is useless. Flowers arrived on time but paid extra. Flowers were nice and lasted 8 days but every time I looked at them it reminded me how disappointed I was with customer services.

Not happy as the plant was packed upside down!!! The basket was empty and the dirt in the box. Not good.
