The bouquet was nothing like the Ianthe image. Purchased because of the strong purple colours. The White roses were already going brown at the edges when they arrived. I also paid for an extra size which it certainly wasn't in my view. Very disappointing

Flowers were ordered as a Birthday treat for elderly mother as we were out of the country on the actual day. We returned 2 weeks later to be informed that the flowers were disappointing and in a poor condition. Apparently they were thrown out within the first week! The thought was appreciated, sadly the flowers weren't.

Ordered these for my wife for our anniversary.most of flowers ok but all the roses were not fresh and brown at base of flowers.first thing she noticed!as women do!

The flowers were delivered on time with the balloon and vase. However half the flowers looked dead and totally were after three days. I buy my girlfriend flowers out of the supermarket regularly that normally last a couple of weeks. Disappointing as it was her birth.

I arranged & paid for flowers to arrive the next day, but because i ordered 2 bunches my order was put on hold, the email asking me to get in touch went to my junk box so i was unaware until the next day when i tried to track the order, as they didnt try and contact me by phone. i contacted them and asked for them to be delivered the following morning as they were a leaving present for 2 colleagues at work however they said i would need to pay an extra £5.99. The flowers arrived late afternoon, both squashed into one box and looking rather pathetic. i would have been better off going to the local petrol station!

Delivery was good, website fine but the quality of flowers was just dissapointing in terms of quantity and quality. For the price paid I was expeting something more special.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to new mother at hospital- 4 days later and still no delivery. Very disappointed.

One star for the quality of flowers provided- half dead! I've boosted that up to a 2 star rating as customer service was very good and my money is getting refunded.

Flowers turned on time but not as expected . On your website you sell flowers arranged in a presentable way. You pay a florist for the flowers to be presented at the door in a bouquet - not a cardboard box !! The flowers were unfortunately boxed and they required arranging , along with the fact some of the roses had started to go brown. Wont be using you again !

I cannot faulty the service and quality of the flowers. But the presentation was not much too be desired. The flowers purchase were for a gift and we did not feel that they looked good enough for this. We ended up sourcing some more flowers locally that we only paid £5 more for and the presentiaton was outstanding in comparrison.

The flowers were a tiny bunch for the amount there cost and most are dieing off now and it's only been 4 days Not impressed at all

The flowers were left by a car on the drive of the house, and when opened there was no message card inside. When ordering these flowers, I did put I wanted them delivered on Monday 2nd October, but when the confirmation of order was received they were booked for delivery Friday 29th September. Sunday evening I received a telephone call from my friend asking me if I had sent her any flowers as there was nothing on the box or anywhere to tell who had sent them.

The flowers arrived looking like they had been knocked about during transit. Battered and browning petals. First poor experience I've had of Seranata. These were a gift so very disappointing.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address. There is a problem on your system regarding the hotel I ordered the flowers to. The address on the package was missing important information.

The 'medium' size bunch was rather small and the flowers did not look fresh. The card which I paid an extra £2.99 for seemed to be a printed piece of A4 paper folded over. I was quite embarrassed that these represented my wishes at a funeral.

Flowers were not as photographed indicated and I was very disappointed. I paid extra for deluxe and the flowers were very small. Not value for money and will not be ordering again. 2 stars given for communication via email which was ok

The flowers were left in a side passage to the house, no card was put through the door saying where they had been left. The flowers themselves were OK but after two days left outside not at their best. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. Having lived and worked in Malta for a few years this 'care less' from a business based there isn't a surprise. Avoid them and use local florists or the well known international alternative.

The flowers were nice and the customer service I received via Facebook was prompt and professional. The issue was with delivery - the delivery did not occur when it was booked to on two occasions, which made it very difficult for my sister to receive her flowers. This was frustrating for myself and her. Customer services are following this up however, which is good
