Birthday flowers delivered on the wrong day, in a broken box and nearly all greenery, not flowers. Replacement bunch sent but of course the birthday had gone by then and they weren’t much better than the first lot. Do not use this company.

Delivery for my birthday. The flowers arrived wilted and dead. Very disappointing and sad for my daughter who paid a lot.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter and her fiance. They didn't turn up on the promised day. Reply was courier couldn't find the address. They have almost daily deliveries to their busy farm with no problems - the postcode takes you right there. Said they couldn't find it a second time, flowers are now a few days late and not as meaningful. I've cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday for delivery Thursday for my friends mums funeral due to the coronavirus I could not attend I am still waiting on the flowers to be delivered on Saturday at 440pm customer service not helpful and have stated no recompense absolute joke of a company

No contact It is a difficult time for everyone, Covid-19 situation, but I spent £50 on flowers and, when I learnt that the recipient would not be in to receive them, I tried getting in touch with Serenata Flowers to change the delivery date or make other arrangements. I got no response to my attempts to contact them, except for automatically generated emails sent after filling in the website form, while I could not find a valid contact telephone number. I made the order on the Friday morning for the following day, Saturday, and then tried to advise them on the noon of Friday. Despite the stringent times, I should think that someone could have got back in touch with me to say what was going to happen once they would find no one to deliver to the day after. Basically, they took the money and there was no way of communicating with them after that

Mother's day flowers arrived 5 days late. All are dead. Ordered by my family in the US. No phone number to complain to customer service. Complete waste of money

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Rip-offs. £50 for flowers that didn’t look as advertised and significantly smaller. Complained but they didn’t give a damn.

Having read all of the reviews I couldn't agree more. Ordered flowers on the 24th to be delivered on the 26th. Tracked them all day website said dispatched at 09.20am. Finally got an email at 21.00 to say they'd been delivered. Contacted my friend who has received nothing. Disgraceful. Incompetent and liars

Contacted my friend who said they had never arrived. Friend in isolation due to covid 19 so has been in all day. Disgraceful to lie and say they have been delivered when they haven't. Contacted Serenata to request a refund. Shameful

WOULD GIVE NO STAR IF I COULD I ordered flowers for mothers day 22 March they were not drlived so we got a refund and a discount for enough delivery which was so disappointing they were for a 90 year old. So I reordered some more which were delivered on 24 March. Well they are awful limp and dead. The company has said that I should follow the instructions and they will be ok in a few days. Am sorry I know a dead flower when I see it. DREADFUL COMPANY CO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Sent Mum flowers that were delivered on Sunday and she’s told me their already dying (after 2 days). The bunch was also very small for the price paid, for £30 i could have got multiple bigger bunches elsewhere. Very disappointed.. Only thing good was the delivery.

Don't know how much my daughter paid for my flowers but 5 Brown tinged roses arrived a day after mother's day which wasn't a problem but within a day they had complete dropped. Didn't even get a day out of them. Not impressed

Recieved flowers from my son on Mothers day. Very disappointed! Flowers drooping and nothing like any on their website. Very cheap selection. Wouldn't even pay £3.00 for these. Sent photo and complained but not yet replied 2 days later.

Dreadful customer service!!! don't use them! We paid for flowers and chocolates to be delivered on Saturday, before Mother's day to my mother in lay. It is Tuesday and she hasn't received anything so far. 3 days after no reply to my emails, refund or apology from this dreadful company. Never ever again I will use their services!!

1 star is too many for this company. Was ensured flowers would be delivered on mothers day but were not. When i questionED this i received an apology with assurance the flowers would be delivered the next day with a promise to this effect. Flowers still not arrived and when questioned further flowers had not even started being made up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WORST SERVICE I GAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!

Give this company a wide berth, flowers not delivered on the day albeit stated out for delivery. Day 2 was told this would get utmost attention; still no flowers or feedback. Please don’t waste your money

Got lovely bouquet of lillies and roses from my son on Mother's Day, but unfortunately the six roses were dead after one day and I followed all instructions. Very disappointed for my son who probably paid a lot of money getting delivered. I personally wouldn't use you and I will advise my son
