“The roses in the bunch were not good with over nine of the twenty dieing in the first few days, as I was in an hotel the dead roses were taken to the bin by the cleaners, so I was not able to photograph them. On complaining I was told that the roses were only guaranteed for 3 days. If I had known that then there was no way that I would have spent fifty pounds on what has now upset my wife on our golden wedding anniversary. Also on complaining in one reply the word ass was in the email probably meant to be add ?? Also another email said that they understand and agree but cannot anything”

“I needed flowers delivering to my cousin in Swadlincote for her 80th Birthday. I ordered the day before the birthday a very reasonably priced bouquet which was delivered the next morning as planned - I received a call from my cousin who was delighted with them. So well done Serenata!”
