“I was informed all along the process from confirmation of the order to the delivery. I returned to use the company because of my previous experience. The Spring flower basket was perfect. I was not able to see them because of the distance, but my terminally ill sister said they were beautiful and such lovely colours. She probably will never see Spring again, so I am very grateful. Thank you.”

“This website is amazing for someone who studies/lives away from home - I wasn't able to spend time with my mum on her birthday but sent flowers, a card and a balloon from university. The flowers were beautiful and my mum loved them. They arrived the next day, which was great!”

“This was the third time I've used Serenata but the first time I'd actually seen the flowers ordered. The size and quantity of the flowers provided for £40 was extremely disappointing although I am hoping that the display will improve as some of the buds come into bloom. The admin and organisation was - as previously - very good.”
