Flowers arrived and looked like a bunch of weeds I purchased for Mothersday and my mum told me and sent a picture. I also bought add on chocolates they refunded the flowers after 2 images and 3 emails but they didn’t refund the chocolates or the delivery fee. Terrible terrible customer service do not spend your money here they do not deserve it !

Didn’t deliver flowers to my mother in the uk on Mother’s Day - didn’t update me and found out when I called her Will leave poor google reviews and have told all my fellow Brit’s in Australia not to use you Will never use you again Thanks for ruining my mums Mother’s Day

Flowers dead within five days 3 dead by day 2 dreadful customer service who basically say prove it! Will never use them again ridiculous price for dead flowers

The flowers were terrible. 2 stems broken and the intact roses dropped their heads 2 days after delivery. So awful I didn’t even bother putting them in a vase, I put them in a plastic jug in the kitchen. I can buy better flowers for £5.00 at the garage. The flowers were from my brother for my birthday. As he is a regular flower sender I felt compelled to let him know and never to use you again. Even the colours were awful. So very disappointing.

We ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday. What was delivered in no way reflected what was ordered and expected. (See photo). After three separate emails, the issue remains in resolved.

Flowers very disappointing and customer service unhelpful. Very embarrassing having to apologise to the recipient for the dismal quality of the flowers. Have ordered elsewhere now and won’t use Serenata again.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I organised some flowers with vase, Chocs and teddy for my daughter in law who had just come out of hospital after having an operation. On delivery the vase was smashed. My son and daughter-in-law have only recently moved in together so did not have a vase hence my ordering the flowers with one. Unfortunately my son had to go out and buy one. I contacted the store to explain that it was broken and was asked to provide photos which I did. (All done on the same day). I was then offered a replacement vase or a refund. After I had explained that one had to be bought I was then informed that as the item was with the flowers a refund wasn’t possible and they could only replace despite their original offer to me. I have again contacted them to ask for a full refund on the whole order as I’m so disappointed with the whole experience to which they have just come back and said they can replace the vase! Don’t waste your time with this company - I tried to go local and this is the service that I have received. It ended up being an upsetting experience for the person receiving the gift when she really needed cheering up.

I gave them 1 star as the flowers were nice when they were eventually delivered. Three days after they were due.... This was a birthday present and I paid for express/priority delivery to ensure delivery on or before the birthday. I even got notified that delivery was due on the expected day - however they did not arrive. Then another email saying they would be there the following day. They were not. Nor the day after that. They also ignored my emails to them. Eventually I had to call and lodge a complaint! And even though their website says money back guarantee if they are more than 24hrs late- that is just not the case. They tried to say they were still delivered on time. What a joke!!! TLDR: AVOID. Buy from a local florist instead

Total disgrace . Flowers arrived crushed and with blooms snapped. When I complained was offered a ten percent discount? Naturally I refused the offer and the communication stopped by the seller. Avoid this disgraceful company .

Avoid avoid avoid!!! You may as well throw your hard earned money down the drain. How these are still in business i do not know!! Disgusting company and shockingly bad flowers! Sent me a £60 boquet paid for by my daughter and please see attached photos of the flowers after 5 days!! No offer of replacement ( not that I'd use these ever again ) or refund!!

Ordered letter box flowers but they were left outside and went missing When I asked for a replacement as they had not fulfilled my order they said they had delivered and would not give replacement Letter box delivery obviously does not mean letter box delivery to them so beware of this company and do not waste your money

Disgusting service, felt like I've been scammed quite frankly. Late delivery, damaged squashed stems, only four in the box, rude and unhelpful chat. So embarrassed to of sent this out to someone. Looking at the comments seems this is normal for them they should be shut down!

I bought the blushing beauty for my mums birthday to be delivered, and though I ordered for Mother’s Day which were beautiful, this time round the flowers died before they’d even opened! Only the Lillie’s out of the whole bunch opened! Flowers my mum recieved from Aldi look better! I sent pictures but They hit me with a whole ‘5 day policy’ but my mum was waiting for the flowers to open.. quite scammy really. Considering the price this is shocking, especially as the company aren’t taking any accountability at all

Utterly ridiculous customer service, from an absolutely horrendous company. I ordered flowers and paid extra for the guaranteed next day delivery service. I got a notification the following day that my flowers were out for delivery. Checked order tracking throughout the day several times and each time it showed that my order was still out for delivery, and delivery window was between 8am and 8pm. I contacted them after 8pm and got told that in exceptional times, they could deliver between 7am and 9pm. After 9pm, with still no delivery, I contacted them again. They raised it with their courier who 'apparently had a backlog with orders because of adverse weather'. I advised that I had used the 'guaranteed' service and basically got told that because of the 'adverse weather' they wouldn't be offering a refund or re-delivery of the flowers, even though that's what their guarantee advises. Horrible service, from a company who only care about taking your money. Avoid at all costs.

Received flowers from neighbor still in box for Christmas, on opening the box I couldn't believe the lack of quality. 3 half dead carnations, 3 Michaelmas stems and two bits of woody greenery 1 sprayed silver. I was disgusted that any florist would send this out. I'm not sure how much was spent because I didn't want to embarrass my neighbor by asking her, but I would not give more than £1 for the contents

I ordered the Vibrant Sorbet bunch for my wife’s birthday. When she opened the box we were both very disappointed. We basically received a £7.99 bunch of petrol station quality flowers which cost us £24.99. I contacted customer services to be given a link to their Terms & Conditions.. So avoid this company and use a local florist or simply go to the petrol station and buy them yourself!! I saw there are loads of reviews on here from people that had the same experience as us..

Don't bother ordering from these charlatans. They may have been good previously, but they've clearly taken the corona virus situation as an excuse to call it in. A week early I ordered some flowers for my mother to commemorate what would have been her 40th wedding anniversary to my recently passed father. Trying to bring a glimmer of joy on a very difficult day. SerenataFlowers messed this up. After a week, my order is still 'being prepared'. You'd think that if there had been a problem in all that time, they could have let me know so I could attempt to organise something else, but due to their immoral incompetence, a very difficult day was made much worse.
