“Do not sign up with this company. I made the biggest mistake by even thinking about signing up with them. This company has countless amount of computer generated numbers that will harass you daily to sign up with them. Even if you tell them you are not interested or can't afford the $2,700 upfront sign up fee they will continue to harass you simply because they have your number. I'm not sure which business school the CEO went to that taught him to harass customers to death with different numbers daily in order to get their business. The sad part is you cannot get those texts to stop since they used so many different numbers and you are not able to block all of them. Check out their negative reviews under the better business bureau. Their Instagram comment section is turned off because they are a scam.”

They now have us restricted from our account with no explanation, they haven't gotten back to us in 2 days about the problem!! “This company will not stop texting me multiple times a week after being asked to be removed from their list multiple times. They text from multiple phone numbers so there is no way to block them (and I think they probably know that). Completely shady way to do business and I'm tired of being harassed by them and spoken to rudely in responses when I demand they stop contacting me. This company is full of BS! The salesperson did an excellent job with convincing me that the leads were vetted, verified and plentiful in my areas. THEY ARE NONE OF THE ABOVE! Something in my gut told me to check reviews before signing. I knew it was a 12-month agreement, but that's why I asked the salesperson could I get my money back if I changed my mind in 30 days. He danced around the question, but he didn't say the payment was non-refundable after the very moment I signed either. I pressed more for a direct answer, and he said they would attempt to fix any problems with the service first, but if I still didn't like it, they would refund my money. NOW every supervisor I've spoken with keeps pointing back to this supposed "Master Subscription Agreement," which was in no way presented on the contract I DocuSigned. It's somewhere else on their website I guess. The text message alerts are the most annoying because they direct me to leads that are outside my areas, and the phone numbers are mostly invalid. The few leads that I have actually spoken with either don't recall inquiring for an agent or they already did MONTHS AGO and have bought their freakin' house already! I was promised there would be tons of quality leads around my "Center Points" delivered daily. Why are there no phone icons (leads) on my map... except for further north in the city of Atlanta and inside the perimeter. That's not what I signed up for. If leads are scarce in my areas of southeast metro Atlanta, then I should have been shown that on the map beforehand, so I could have made an informed decision based on the facts. It's your classic bait and switch with these Set Schedule folks. Lastly, they make no effort to try to listen to your claim and refund your money, no matter the circumstances. No matter what you say or how angry you get, they don't care that their reputation is trash, and will not refund your money! THEY SUCK!”
“I received a call to from Setschedule.com asking if I wanted to learn about their agent lead REFERRAL Based platform. I scheduled a call to learn about it because I already use 2 referral based lead programs and have great success. Joshua called me and went over the whole platform then BAM - Paid subscription! No referral base.
I told him no, I was not going to pay for leads and he belittled me like I was not going to do any better and was wrong for not joining. When I told him I work my database/sphere for referrals, he acted like I wouldn't get anywhere doing that.
I TOLD HIM THE WHOLE THING WAS MISS LEADING AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM. I DON'T LIKE BEING LIED TO OR TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. BEWARE NEW AGENTS.”

1- their "leads" are terrible- bad emails and phone numbers, bad email addresses- when called the leads have NO interest in buying or selling. These are the same leads you can generate yourself on Facebook and Google for a FRACTION of the cost.
2- Their Customer Support people are UNhelpful and do not understand real estate.
3- Their "management team" consists of liars and frauds. They will auto renew your account and charge you ~ $2,000 even after you've told them numerous times to cancel your account and NOT charge any further.
4- They will block you from contacting their Founder and CEO, Roy Dekel- look him up on LinkedIn- and refuse to send your messages to him

“Set schedule sell you on this referral radar that pops up referrals as they come in. They do not tell you they buy these leads from other sites, they are weeks of not months old. I have had leads already buy houses, confirm they never signed up through set schedule. They also confirmed it had been a long period of time since they were looking for real estate. I have been yelled at by these leads because they get endless calls from realtors and feel harassed. Also if you don’t know this, they do not go month to month after you initial contract is over even though their sales person says you can cancel any time after your contract is up. If you don’t notify them 30days before their your year is over you will be billed at current rate for the next year. This company is a scam and falsely advertised their product. STEER CLEAR”
“A 1 star is too much for this company. All they do is take your money and don’t produce good leads or no leads at all. You will never get the amount of leads they promised you. Don’t waste your money.”
“Paid $1400 for leads. Was promised 100 leads next day. Nothing the next day, next month nothing. After six months only 10 bogus leads. Filed complaint with BBB after a month and credit card company their contract doesn’t allow you a refund. They constantly set aside solving the problem by setting you up with a phone call with a success consultant.”
