I´m waiting 7th day for my deliver to come .... it sopoused to be 24-48 hors, and my doughter didnt get her present under the Christmass Tree .

Worst shipping experience I have ever had. I paid twice as much because they guarantied a 24/48h delivery and it is past that time window and the parcel is nowhere to be seen. There is no way to contact the company (other than the paying helpline in which you are made to wait 15 minutes). I CANNOT STRENGHTEN THIS ENOUGH! PLEASE PEOPLE, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

Un desastre, te desesperas. La web funciona mal y no puedes ver ni el seguimiento de tu pedido. Si tienes algún problema con la entrega es imposible contactar con ellos porque la web no les carga y porque en el número de atención al cliente tienen a un robot. Si hay algún malentendido, en lugar de pasarte con un agente, te dice que lo siente y te cuelga. Toda la mañana para localizar un pedido que debería haberme llegado hace días, y por problemas suyos no llega.

Avoid this Company like ghe plague ask when ordering any item on an ECOMMERCE site who do you use as a carrier ???? if they respond SEUR (means Gutter in english) say no i will NOT buy from you.... the worse Delivery system ever so much so in San Roque Country Club i wrote a sign after 8 months of constant non delivieries and having to go to collect the package from their Warehouse stating the "to the LAZY SEUR DRIVER HE PROPERTY IS THE BIG ONE IN FRONT OF YOU ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RING THE BELL AND /OR SOMEONE WILL ANSWER AND PLEASE DO NOT CALL ONCE ON A MOBILE AND THEN ON REPLY YOU NEVER ANSWER AND DRIVE OFF" anyway he rang the bell and left it with a neighbour apparently that doesnt live within 1 mile of me as all of them have not got it ..... so go figure they have no shame ...i hope a foreign hedgefund buys this compnay and liquadates it that will teach them the value of their jobs ...

Evitad el servicio SEUR/DPD a toda costa.!!! El servicio de reclamaciones por daños o perdidas no funciona, te marean de un sitio a otro y siempre da Error, para que te aburras y lo dejes pasar. En la web tienen la opción porque están obligados por Ley, pero casualmente no funciona. La calidad de servicio recibida después de 4 años de trabajo no puede ser peor, y nada de profesionalidad. De hecho, me llegó a casa una caja diferente a la enviada originalmente por mi familia y esta nueva caja era mucho más grande, por lo que el contenido no estaba protegido, muy mal embalada y además rota por varios lugares. Y faltaba contenido y el resto estaba gravemente dañado. He intentando reclamar por todas las vía facilitadas por el chat de Facebook, ya que por teléfono y la web es imposible y nada funciona.

This company is a joke. They have a delivery time window of 9am to 9pm. So you have to wait at home for 12 hours! The tracking service of their website is a joke - all it says is "in process" - and it's been saying that for 5 days. My delivery was supposed to arrive on Friday, so I waited in all day - for 12 hours! Then it was supposed to arrive on Monday - so I waited in all day again. Now it is supposed to arrive tomorrow (Tuesday) - They give you no information, no communication. Utterly terrible. Don't use them.

They deliver to the wrong address because they seem not to understand post codes and town names. It is impossible to communicate with them; their contact email page does not function, or does not recognise PT postcodes. They do not answer on the only contact number they provide.

Seur Spain are without doubt the worst delivery company I have ever come across. They never deliver on the day their system shows and keep saying that the customer has changed the delivery details. I have waited in for nearly 2 weeks for them to deliver a TV and camera ordered from Amazon and after today being told again that I have changed delivery details which will delay my parcel I have advised Amazon to cancel my order and refund my payment. Amazon UK need to waken up to these cowboys!

They say wrong address when it is not, they say tried to deliver but no one at home which is a lie, they put the phone down when you call, they do not answer emails absolutely useless

From 15:30-16:30 I expected food delivery from Glovo, an Amazon package and a Seur package. Guess which one is the only one that couldn't find me at home? Not without first sending a warning email that says that they'll be attempting to deliver... 6 minutes after they've (supposedly) attempted to deliver. Genius.

Seur csnnot deliver in our town of Galera, they ALWAYS have an excuse, they ALWAYS lie about invalid address, their contact numbers do not work - the company is a DISGRACE. Once again, despite my wishes, Amazon used them for a delivery due TODAY. They left a message to say the address was wrong (it is not) - Spanish Correos deliver NO problem. Seuer have been doing this for YEARS and getting away with it because some people care so little about their post they are happy to have it delivered to a local bar or hotel where Seur get anyone passing top sign for the parcels. If ANY company deserve to go bust in the pandemic- this is the on. I do not expect the parcel to arrive and Amazon will have to issue a refund... everyone loses.

I live in a small Spanish white village up in the hills. My home is inaccessible by car due to the very narrow streets and many steps. So when i purchase goods from Amazon, I ask for deliveries to be made to my local bar that is on the main street and opposite the Ayuemiento. The bar has a large name sign on one wall and the street name plaque on the other. I do this to make it easier for the courier services to deliver, not my benefit. So I was surprised to receive an email from courier service SEUR saying they had not been able to deliver my package as they could not find the address. Instead, I had to travel fifteen minutes to the nearest large town to collect it. The SEUR email said they tried to deliver at around 17:30 and I asked friends who were near the bar at that time if they saw the SEUR delivery van. None had. I contacted SEUR and explained that their driver had not told the truth about being unable to deliver and that to say he couldn't find the bar was ridiculous. I asked for them to complete the delivery as soon as possible. To cut a long story short, they insisted I collect. As a matter of principle I refuse and will claim a refund from Amazon instead. I think it is commendable that the drivers employed by SEUR are clearly teetotal and have no idea what a bar looks like. I really do. It is also touching that at at the end of a long day, the driver may well be missing his family and want to cut his round short and pretend he couldn't find the bar. I would suggest though that SEUR remember that their business is the delivery of goods, and not a customer collection service. In time, I will visit the office, not to collect my package but to fill out a complaints form. Meanwhile, I will publicise the dreadful service from SEUR on any social media I can. Found them to be very pleasant,let me know when parcel was out for deliver, and also gave me alternative options if I wasn't home, got my order via depot (cos I was out!!!!) lady there very helpful and pleasant, result!!!

Han pasado casi dos semanas desde que Seur me contactó para decirme que mi paquete se estaba entregando ese mismo día. Dos horas después, el único otro correo electrónico que recibí de ellos me dijo que, de hecho, la entrega ya se había intentado 15 minutos antes de la notificación previa que recibí. Desde entonces, no hubo respuesta a pesar de enviar correos electrónicos y probar el número de teléfono. ¡Sin esperanza!

It is almost two weeks since Seur contacted me to say the my package was being delivered on that same day. Two hours later the only other email that I have received from them told me that the delivery had in fact already been attempted 15 minutes prior to the prior notice I was given. Since then, no response despite sending emails and trying the phone number. Hopeless!

Nothing changed in the service. Still incompetent I live close to the store and it has been a week since they received the package and still noone showed up with it
