Your order was arrived at Amsterdam for EU custom clearance. We expect it will pass it in 2 days and forward to Greece on Monday. Wd will update the tracking information again.

Extremely prompt with emailing, Though I had a somewhat difficult issue with the execution. Bought 2 schwalbe tires about 2 months ago. Being cheap, I opted for the cheapest shipping method, within 21 days. Lo, 25 days past, packaged is not there, so I emailed them which was responded to in a few hours. Apparently the package went missing... ok so a new shipment was sent out, which took another 20 days, so now I’m somewhat happy. Pros: they try really hard to get their product to you Cons: if you’re cheap, factor time in for boo boos

When you purchase your order, it may take 4 days for them to process it. In my case, it took 3-4 days before i received a tracking number (which is a reflection of a slightly outdated or insufficient / overloaded system). However, the pricing was reasonable. I have read reviews which state that orders were never received from Sewoong, and whilst this may have occurred, i have no doubt that this was more to do with other untrustworthy parties being involved (such as an old flight route which is no longer utilised, or some 0.001% chance of modern day 'pirates' becoming involved). My only advice to Sewoong is to be clearer about larger items. I ordered an item which was about 1m X 0.5m and weighed around 20kg. Due its' size, it could not be freighted for 1 whole week (after waiting 3-4days for a tracking number). Therefore, it took 2 - 2.5 weeks for the order. Now that i know it was waiting at an airport for 1 week (after being informed by email from Sewoong that this may be the case), i could verify the difficulties in freighting this item. I can see that from the point in time when my order finally departed the airport, it took 3-4days (which was the fee i paid for). In other words, had i paid only the standard freight cost with this item, it would have taken a further 2-4 weeks perhaps. Whilst i can now see that my money 'paid off', it was still nonetheless unclear to me from the beginning that i would need to wait 2.5 weeks in total. I thought i had been scammed for the first few days, but still held my hopes high and gave the company the benefit of the doubt which they deserved. I only hope that Sewoong's logistical systems are improved - so as to be more clear with customers about their REALISTIC time-frames. It needs to be transparent, on the specific product webpage which a customer is buying, that with any item over a certain size - 1 week may need to be added to the delivery time frame. This needs to be clear to the customers in each product advertisement, when they list each larger product as a new/updated stock item. Due to the international nature of this business, it seemed too overwhelming to research into whether this company had conducted any form of misleading advertising, by not informing me that 1 week MAY be required. This, in hindsight, is my only fault with the delivery. Other than this, i received the item unscratched, and it had not been tampered with in any way. Thank you for your service, and i hope you take my advice seriously.

I ordered a crankset on the 14th March 2019, it is now April the 3rd and still nothing has arrived. In this day an age this is ridiculous and you should not be selling online with up to 18 days delivery and more I have be patient enough. Not a happy customer.

Hello Sir Sorry but it seems delivered on 4th April by Hermes UK. I'm sorry to delay the delivery. All UK delivery from April, it seems delayed because of Brexit. Anyway you already have the tracking information. If you cannot find it, please check your spam mail box.

late delivery (3 weeks over) Status display on web page is not accurate. Before the arrival of the product, the status of the web page was "completed" , , but it did not match the situation.

Delivery time was quoted as 10-18 days. After 18 days my pannier rack has still not arrived. So I may have to go cycle touring with a rucksack. Not good.

I ordered a new crankset on 3/13 and it arrived yesterday, 3/18. I did pay the $9.99 for Tracked Delivery - Tracked Courier(5~8 Workdays). Everything appears to be as advertised: new, in box, to the specifications I wanted.

I have paid extra for a 5-10 working delivery time. Web site says my order is still being processed. It is now at the 10 working day mark, no tracking information as yet. Where is my item ?

Item took about a month to be delivered they had to wait for 1 item because it wasn't in stock about 2 weeks so then ship to me so still pleased . communication ok.
