I'm sorry and we understand your frustration, unfortunately we are at the mercy of the shipping company once a package leaves our warehouse. As you can see from your tracking number your order was shipped 2 days after your order was placed.

If you just want something and that’s all you care about is to fill your need, you’re good. But anything else? Forget it. First things first. How do I wash this item after a steamy session? The large D rings can’t be removed from the main cloth. And let’s be honest, this gray fabric will show every little thing! And don’t tell me to spot clean bc sweat was absorbed. Yuck. Instructions in the delivery package? Nope. Figure it out yourself. Because if you are out of WiFi service area (very common in CA), you are on your own. Also the storage bag it comes in is flimsy at best. Poor zipper quality and stitching. Don’t trust it if you want dependable storage or carrying privacy. But most importantly… I selected Next Day Shipping for a whopping $87. But it was 1:30pm here, and his birthday celebrations was the following day. When selecting the option, there was ZERO warning given that it had to be ordered by 12, or that it was coming from the other side of the country which meant a different time zone. Perhaps it was somewhere else deep in the website, but not at point of service. Had this been clearly stated when selecting Next Day, I would have NEVER bought this. When requesting a refund for shipping (all via email, there was no phone number to contact the company which in retrospect was my first warning sign) I was immediately shot down. When requesting the difference between Next Day and Two Day (as it arrived the following day), I heard NOTHING. Very upsetting as customer service is clearly not their concern, nor assuring a long term customer as this is my kink. Disappointing.

OK - thanks for your reply, but there is a lot to unpack here. So on his website, there is an instructions section. There are several pieces of content about washing. Secondly, This website has no physical stores, so when someone places an order ONLINE, it is usually assumed that they have access to ONLINE. Instructions are not sent in the box with some brands because of the discrete shipping policy... also discussed in depth on our site in several locations. Now I am not sure if you are aware of how shipping works. But it is the warehouse that packages an order and hands it off to UPS and not the customer making the order. This means it does not matter what time it is where you are when you place your order, it matters what time you placed the order. This order was placed 6 hours after the shipping cut off as clearly listed on our shipping policies page. And as such it shipped out overnight on the next business day. We paid for the service you requested. Had you requested a change in shipping service before we paid for the shipping service, that would have been reasonable. I am very sorry that this is so challenging. As our company grows to a larger company, we hope to be able to just purchase UPS so we can change their truck routes for those customers unable to read the policies listed on our website. We also will be looking into buying Starlink so we can provide free internet to all of our customers that were able to find the internet to order, but not to read the instructions.... of course, found the internet again to leave a review. Again, we are sorry we missed his birthday. Had we remembered his birthday earlier, we could have also proactively sent you a swing, but yes.... we forgot it was coming up.

Customer service was non-existent. I tried ordering two items but realized as soon as I clicked "buy" that I had missed an item. Tried calling immediately and emailing the customer service contact info. No response, not even a week later. Watch out! If you have an issue they won't get back to you!

I'm very sorry to hear you are unstIsified with our customer service, if you check your email I think you will find that we replied to your email on Nov 16th the day after you emailed us, Unfortunatly we had shipped your order before we got your message BUT if you wanted the second headrest without shipping cost please feel free to order that we can refund you for the shipping cost.

I don’t know what core level is but my experience ordering from this company was poor. I ordered $30 worth of items and once I put in my credit card information the purchase went through without a review of final purchase screen. It wasn’t until I received the email receipt that I found out a $50 shipping fee was charged for a 2 business day delivery window. Then insult to injury the items did not arrive in the 2 business day window I was tricked into. The products were good and as advertised but the checkout process and delivery was awful

I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied. Did you try to call or contact us via email, we are always happy to change shipping a refund if it is brought to our attention before it ships. I did check your order it was placed on the 11th shipped on the 12th with UPS 2 day air.

The swing itself is great. The carabiners that hold the swing at the top are definitely the weakest point! I am well under the weight limit and both carabiners stretched out immediately. An easy fix to go buy better carabiners, but definitely disappointed that I have to invest more money on top of what I already paid for the swing. Edit to add: If in fact it had not happened twice, I would gladly revise my review! However, them not being screwed shut properly was my exact thought after the first one was stretched out. So we triple checked that they were all screwed shut properly before sitting in it the second time. All links were screwed completely shut, and it still happened.

Those are quicklinks. (different than carabiners) Looking at the image it is clear that the threads are not damaged. This means you did not have it closed and threaded shut. A quicklink of this size when it is left open has a weight limit of about 50 pounds. When it is closed making a solid circle the weight limit is over 600 pounds each for that piece of hardware. Simple mistake, live and learn.
