“Love the product but I really am disappointed in service. My card was charged for a membership in December. I didn't want a membership. Very deceptive practices!! I cancelled on the site on my account in December when I first noticed it and no response. I again cancelled on the help AI page on January 12 Cancellation number 7622730. It is now February and no refund or contact. Be careful when ordering!!!!!”

“I am very disappointed with the shapermint bra. I believe I bought the correct size as indicated by there guide. However the material is flimsier than they report and lacks the support they say. After one wash on gentle the material does not hold up. I would not recommend this bra”

“I bought 2 items Cami & strapless bra they were to tight so they told me to keep the items & they would hive me a refund. They gave me a refund for the bra I have sent 4 emails about the refund but no response 😡 Want be purchasing anymore”

“i really like the look of the bra, i just cant seem to get one that fits. the medium was way too small and the extra lg fit in band width but the cup size was way too large. I'd really like to be able to get a bra that fits”

“Am I the only one? I am perplexed that I can find absolutely no negative reviews. I must be the only one that received super soft bra, flimsy with no support and only accentuated the bulges. Was nothing like advertised. Spoke with a rep to insure I ordered the right size, but very disappointed in the product. The bright side is they promptly refunded my return. Which leads me to believe there have been other returns.”

“I have several of these bras, however my last order I wore it once and the strap completely came apart from the band. I attempted to contact the company to do a return but didn’t have my order number so it was a headache and I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle”

“My orders up till now have been very quick but this last order is taking forever I am afraid I have been scammed.It sat in NY for about 3 days and I tracked today it is on way to Miami which is stupid since I live in Jacksonville which is on the way to Miami.I paid a lot for this bra I would just like to receive it in a fast manner .i never was told when I would receive it but it’s almost two weeks should been here by now.”

“I went to the size chart. I wasn't able to speak to someone on the phone. But I had a chat and she was very helpful and they are "Supposed" to be sending me a one, I hope this is true because I really want one. The shape wear everyday brief was a perfect fit. I'm still waiting on my email to confirm that they are sending me one.”

“I purchased 3 bras that were excellent..then I tried to buy 2 more of the identical bra I loved, same photo, same number exactly as the first 3. They sent another style bra..I tried to get through on the website to exchange them..I waited over an hour and never was connected to someone to help. I believe they do a bait and switch. Very disappointed. Dj”

“I’ve ordered several items from Shapermint in the past and have always had a great experience. Orders are exactly what I asked for and have been easy to return or exchange. My most recent purchase, however, has been a disappointment. I ordered 3 bras and actually really liked them. Unfortunately one of them tore only after wearing a few times. It looks like the hooks on the back weren’t sewn on, just attached with fabric tape. ??? I’ve been trying for DAYS to get in contact with an actual person to see if I can get a replacement with no success. I keep getting sent to the robot chat which offers me the same automated response that doesn’t apply. I’ve tried reaching out on messenger, twice, as suggested. No response. I’ve written an email. No response. I’ve called their 1-800 number and left messages. No response. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that apparently it’s impossible to speak to a real human. If I cannot get this resolved I will not be ordering from Shapermint again.”

“Ordered a swimdress shipping fast. Didn't fit tried to return same day I bought it they told me it was a final sale and sent me screenshot of final sale stamped sll over the page. Nowhere dud it tell me that before I pressed the ad to cart or complete purchase. Won't order from them again. I don't like deceptive websites...”

“While it's true the bra is somewhat soft and eliminates the back and side wedges, in return you get a very weird push OUT with the well known and the all dreaded uniboob. There is ZERO support. I don't have a lot of sag but my chest is heavy and this bra gave me a HUGE jiggle and bounce that was VERY VERY noticeable and embarrassing. A few close friends actually asked me what I was or was not wearing as the effect of pushed out uniboob with tremendous up, down, sideways and top jiggle is NOT my usual look. I cannot recommend and amy returning mine.”
