When I believed my investment was gone forever, Supreme Assets Recovery Team came through with unparalleled expertise and compassion. They listened to my concerns, guided me through each step, and showed relentless determination in pursuing my case. The peace of mind and trust they provided were invaluable, and, incredibly, they helped me recover my lost funds. Their dedication and skill brought me relief I never thought possible. I’m profoundly grateful for their support and highly recommend their services to anyone in need. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. If anything goes wrong don’t bother following up cause you will only be left even more frustrated. Just a terrible infrastructure.

I don't know what has changed over the last couple of months, but know this company want to much personal information and asking for a selfie to complete a transaction. Is this your attempt to add people to the facial recognition database.

I sent money the Philippines for my Mother in Laws birthday. My son wasn't able to pick up the money. I called Sharemoney and was told that they need my identification card and a personal photo. I requested that they send me an e-mail with all their requirements. The person asked me to send information to their customer service. Again, I requested that they send me an e-mail with their requirements. I didn't receive it. I sent an e-mail to their customer service and parent company. still no reply. I'm not sure if I should give them information not listed on their website when I signed up. They have a responsibility to let the customer know all requirements prior to sending money and signing up for their services. I hope I can get my money returned. I've notified my bank of this. I've never had this experience with any other financial institution.

THIS IS A SCAM..... ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO SELL TO SCAMMERS.... After giving them address, DOB, confirming SSN, Debit card # plus expiration date and CODE.... and after verifying their CODE with landline, they demanded MOBILE #... and after verifying that with CODE, they demanded a copy of my ID!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOU INFO SO THEY CAN SELL IT.... THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU A FREE MONEY TRANSFER!!!!!

Read previous poster say their supervisor was rude... i couldn't even get them to give me a supervisor. My fiancé was stranded in airport and i sent her money so she could get a new flight but Sharemoney put it on hold for no reason... then when i called desperate to get her the money they said the compliance office doesn't open for another few hours... So i asked for a manager.... again unfortunately there's no manager available either. so needless to say i stress out thinking about my fiancé being stuck so yes i got upset... though i did not curse... but today i went to send her money again and sharemoney disabled my account so i called again... again guy says unfortunately there is no manager available and they cant enable my account. They said that girl wrote some notes saying i cursed and got my account disabled. Sharemoney is a horrible company and their customer service is complete trash. SO today i was force to find a new service and I found Remitly which already is great. Called them and they actually had good customer service.... Sharemoney you can kiss my azz! DONT NOT USE THEM they are trash!

I wish I could give them zero star. Sharemoney's Supervisor is very rude. Customer Service is poor. They asked for documents and I provided but never heard a response. I switched to Remitly and they are way better.

These people are extremely difficult to… These people are extremely difficult to deal with. Trying to set up an account is a nightmare and they keep coming up with absurd reasons to make using them very difficult. You can not use a voice-over telephone #, you can not send money to yourself, you must be actually in the U.S. to work with them and nothing that you send to them for proof of anything is good enough. None of this makes sense as other competitor companies have these restrictions. The people that you talk to on the phone are not knowledgeable and when you ask for the person in charge, she was not helpful and would not solve the problems that they have with all of the rules that they seem to need to follow. I do not recommend this business. I found a much better company to send money to. They were helpful and wanted my business. Remitly

Worst experience ever!! Waste of time and useless verification system. On a Friday morning, I register with Sharemoney seeing that they had the best current fx rate on the market. I initiate my transfer on their website until it tells me transfer initiation completed. I check my bank account later that day and see that they've withdrawn the money from my account. I think, ok, so money should be arriving soon as the website claims same day delivery for door to door. I check my email and find the request for documentation for verification. I reply and send what they asked for - a copy of valid driver's license and Bank statement (I only took a picture of the bank heading and my name/address). My dad, the recipient, called me Monday morning saying they haven't received the money. I checked my email and see that they replied on Saturday a.m. saying that they need the copy of my bank statement with my name and address with all 4 corners of the paper page! (Seriously!!!) Fine, I send that off immediately. I check my account all day and my transaction still says "on hold". Tuesday morning, I check my email and see that they replied that Monday night (9:44 pm PST) saying I needed to call them to "complete verification and for us process your transfer". Exasperated, I called to answer their questions - last 4 digits of SSN, DOB, verify name and address. Then they asked me what is my relationship with the recipient - I told the rep that he's my father, and why am I sending the money - to which I told the rep, "what is the purpose of this question and why is that needed?". She replies that it is for their compliance and verification. Fine! I told her, "I sent the money because he's my father!" She puts me on hold for 2 minutes and comes back to tell my that the questions didn't process because their system isn't working. I then told her, "Ok, let me speak to your manager". She hangs on the phone, no hold music, and tells me one moment. I wait another minute and she comes back and tells me she'll transfer me to a manager. I get transferred to an automated service to leave a message!!!!!! At this point, I am ready to request a refund because of their useless verification system. I check my email and bank account and see that they have already initiated the refund. Good, that's the only thing they did right out of this whole transaction! Sharemoney, you need to improve your efficiency and verification process. Also, post on your website the steps for verification because your promise for door to door delivery "within 24 hours" technically happens after your useless verification which can take a few days. Very misleading! False advertising!
