"I own both models and highly recommend the Ultra Heavy Duty as it really is built quite a bit stronger and worth the extra money. You can stack the wood higher than the end rails and I was able to get a full cord on each of my 12 footers. I like these better than building wood shed\/pallet shed, as the air really gets through there and you deal with a lot less mice as they have less shelter\/protection from the hawks. My pallet wood shed is constantly infested with mice and these help avoid that as well as neatly stacking & drying your firewood. These are also so attractive that you dont mind having it in your driveway or on your porch. These racks will last a long time and extra covers can be purchased seperately as they likley will only last 3-4 years. Overall, highly recommended. "

"I bought my Ventura II after a lot of research on the best Gazebo for my backyard, i was about to buy the new one, but after contacting customer service, they assured me that the open box was a new one with a defective box. I went through and bought it. \r\n\r\nThe box arrived in a terrible shape, but everything was inside, A couple of items were damaged, the major was the net rail which was bent over, but with a couple of hammer hits it was all good.\r\n\r\nThe installation took almost 10 hours with 2 (sometimes 3) adults and the result was great.\r\nAfter the first, I noticed that I had some water dripping from the hook of the roof but it was not tight enough so I fixed that and waited for the next rain to make sure it was fixed."

"This is a good light duty shelter. We have an acorn problem here for 2 or 3 months in the fall. The oak trees here are very tall and if you have a wind storm, which we have often, acorns can cause a lot of damage to our 3 cars and has in the past. I orginaly used the tarms that were included but the wind storm wreaked havoc with them. Now I just use fine bird net instead of the tarps and that works great. These have holes on some parts that don't correspond with holes on the other parts so I drilled my own. Plus I added metal screws in various places as in the fisrt wind storm with the tarps it pulled apart where there was no screws or bolts. Other wise I'm very happy with these, I have 3, they do the job and look good."
