“Wonderful and efficient, Steve (?) was a Class A player who got me flawless in one go. I've always shied away from Trials carries because I don't wanna be "that" guy, but I'll for sure do it again!”

“Let me preface this by letting you know I have been a member since 2016. This site and its services have provided far more than any simple carry service could. I've learned how to be a better player, build a better guardian and raised my kd through "play with" over the years from a 0.15kd in D1 to matches now where I have a 10.0kd in some trials matches. I owe much of my skill to the techniques I've learned through the years from thier sherpas. I've met fantastic sherpas and had too many one of a kind celebratory moments to count. Through my experiences and good word I have brought over a dozen clients to this site to seek the same experience I boast about. Shout out to my Boi TJ!! Recently however I had a negligent experience where a sherpa didn't actually complete my order but marked it as completed. I spoke with customer service and they notified the sherpa to complete the order. A second time the order was marked as complete and a second time it wasn't. I again contacted the customer service chat and was told I would be contacted by email of a resolution and a month later no reply. I'm not sure if it is a one off but my only suggestion would be to shore up the customer service aspect as you're excelling in every other aspect for the site. I dread anyone I suggest to the site having the same experience and it reflecting as poorly on myself as it does the site.”

“Arctic was the person who helped me, I was being very difficult after the way the service started. It was being handled by someone else then Arctic took over. He was very professional and understanding, despite me being extremely impatient. He continued to communicate with me and let me know what was happening and when my order would be completed.”

“Sherpa Nupio is the goat , have used him since vanilla destiny and several times now during destiny2, has always carried my flawless card without no problems , superb communication with me aswel and gets the flawless run done promt & swift , highly recommended to any new to Sherpas in search of a tier1 trials player to help you get flawless or to do a recovery service for you ……. 10/10 excellent job Nupio 🏆👌🏽”
