I made several successful investments with this broker BITTREX before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. But All thanks to, Mac Wiki for helping recover all my losses  back  '' macwiki @ proton. me '' am currently investing with bofa { bank of America } because they are reliable. is better to invest with your banks than investing online in an online broker it make people to lose there hard earn funds life is too short to lose your savings. God help us all.

THIS COMPANY IS NOW INSOLVENT. OWING NEARLY £8.5 MILLION. LEAVING COUNTLESS BUSINESS ON THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND NOT PAYING PEOPLE NOW TRADING UNDER A NEW NAME FROM THE MILLS BAKERY ROYAL WILLIAM YARD PLYMOUTH. The worst service experience I have had in my life Firstly, the driver assigned to my move was extremely rude from the moment he arrived. Very unhygienic and smoking cigarettes constantly. He had an extremely unprofessional attitude. he was confrontational and argumentative, particularly regarding the number of floors involved in the collection. He mentioned that I have to mention the number of stairs and not the level of my flat, Although on the website it mentions level. He also mentioned that I didnt input that there was no lift. Which was also false as I did mention. He insisted that the complications were "99% my fault," very condescending and implied that I tried to trick the system so that i dont get charged more. When checking the booking he found that what i said was true, and still insisted it was my fault Additionally, one of my items was not delivered at all, it is still in my collection address. Not only was it not delivered. It was broken during the collection process. To make matters worse, some of the items that were delivered sustained noticeable scratches and damage in addition to damage to the walls of the apartment. On top of all this, Shift have absolutely zero customer support, they hide their terms and conditions, and all they say is they are not liable for any damages, and they ask you to contact the driver, who in the first place is argumentative and unreasonable. Shift have no contact number on their website, and when you send emails, they reply with automated replies and provide no help or support whatsoever. Ive yet to hear any response from them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, STAY FAR AWAY. You’re better off paying a bit extra for a better service. They are scammers, you're not only throwing your money away, but also your furniture and appliances

Horrible people! They gone bust!! along the line have been kicked out of owing Yodel because they had no money left. No paid drivers for months and think that is acceptable. Horrible scumbags , no clue on how to run a parcel company, silly b*****ds.

After reading the reviews, you’d still be stupid trying to use this shoddy company!! Will take your money, confirm the booking and then no one shows up! No explanation just that the driver came and there was no answer! I had left the front door wide open for over 3 hours and theres a drive at the property, no , the driver DIDN’T TURN UP !! YOU MAKING CUSTOMERS LOOK LIKE LIARS!! To be honest, I’m not surprised no one turned up, reading the reviews about them not paying their drivers, they would be stupid turning up !!! Avoid these cowboys like the plague, plenty of other reliable companies out there who will carry the work out, turn up and cheaper!!

Horrible , horrible C**TS, they’ve gone into administration the Silly b*****ds!! It’s not public yet but they have!! Owing thousands and thousands of pounds to their drivers and contractors. No knowledge of how to run a parcel delivery company. They coming across in the media as an exciting, young company paving the way, yep, paving the way for bankruptcy!! They’ve been telling their contractors they been having banking issues for the past 3 Months!!! No you tits, YOU GOT NO MONEY LEFT BECAUSE YOU NOT GOT A CLUE ON HOW TO RUN PROPER PARCEL COMPANIES!! They tried with tuffnells and absolutely flopped!! YODEL have got rid of them as well because they got no money and some clever sod at YODEL must’ve realised they would’ve drowned as well with these scumbags. Just because you got investment doesn’t make you into a Parcel Carrier you SCUMBAGS, no clue at all. They will all be out of a job soon. Absolute utter w*****rs, don’t know how to talk to people then havnt got the minerals to tell contractors that they going under. Silly b******ds, They still run Compare Man and Van, this will be going soon either!! Avoid these mfs like the plague!!!

Do not work for Shift/Comparethemanandvan! Drivers are not being paid, their excuse is "banking issues"! Cash flow issues more like! I am now owed nearly £1000 which is overdue payments for jobs that I have done on their behalf. THEY'RE CROOKS! THEY'RE GOING BUST with customers/drivers money in their pockets!! SCUM, UTTER SCUM!!!

SCAM!!! I booked furniture move for 5 items within my building. The driver was supposed to arrive between 4pm and 8pm. At about 4.10pm the Shift booking system suggested that the driver had arrived, but no one called, rang or appeared at reception for the move. I tried to contact the driver numerous times through Shift's contact system but couldn't get through. Waited for hours and hours.. no one. The next day I requested a refund and they told me they can't refund me because the driver had arrived, and sent me a picture of the building front door. The job was marked as complete though no one ever showed up! And they would refuse to refund me based on a driver actually taking a picture of my front door. Where's the evidence that the job was complete? Where's the evidence that anyone made any attempt to enter the building or reach me? COMPLETE SHAMELESS SCAM. This company needs to be investigated and shut down and I am sure to report it to the authorities.

InExpirience helpers used. pricing wasn't in accordance to what was discussed with myself. the subcontractor used, had totally different pricing than what was projected. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE from begging to end. Items lost / broken, the worst in both moving co. and movers.

I don’t understand Shift, twice they haven’t turned up To collect our IKEA returns as scheduled with ikea. Twice I have been informed by Ikea that they may have run out of time, space or electric if an electric vehicle. No communication. Two wasted days and not any communication at all. Plus we still have the unwanted furniture.

I’m not sure if the problem lies with IKEA or Shift but I spent many hours on the phone to both trying to organise a locker delivery / figure out what the problem was. I wish I had looked for reviews beforehand. IKEA are now delivering my order for free but I wish I had just driven to the store in the first place.

NEVER WORK FOR THEM, they don't pay the drivers, make an excuse, remove the work from your app saying you didn't do it, say there is a fee and you canceled services all to not pay you, if you want to work for free and get angry, SHIFT is the best place,

This company is laughable they will not last, there service is very poor, like very very poor. Not only do they not pay there driver's they are hard to contact unless you're using there app which is probably still under construction as it also doesn't work.. DO NOT USE. NO STAR RATING IS TO GOOD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

One of the worst experiences in my entire life. Took money twice and now difficult to get hold of. Not named driver that showed up over 1 hour late. I had a panic attack while moving with this company, due to lack of communication. Iam going to report this to the ombudsman.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY Firstly, their delivery drivers are not the named driver on your 'track my booking'. When i phoned my driver, it linked to a woman who was clearly contracting out the work. Leaving my helpless as to know what do when my driver ran over 3 hours late. This is just the start of it though. When the driver finally arrived, he intimidated my pregnant partner into directly bank transferring him money directly because he wasnt satisfied with how much shift were paying him for the job. If we didn't he was going to 'move our item back out onto the street'. I have tried to resolve this with customer service but with no assurances about being reimbursed for the money my partner was intimidated, or any intentions to investigate the driver in question. Oh and, the product arrived damaged.
