“The cooker hood ordered was not sent but a cheaper type was sent without informing me that the one I wanted was not available. I rang to complain and was advised that the type I wanted was not available in any size.It seems to me that perhaps this style of cooker hood has never or has not been available for some time. It is also disturbing that the unavailable cooker hood is still being advertised for sale. If I had not rung I would not have been given a 10% discount, but I did receive a cooker hood of A LESSER VALUE. I would have sent the whole thing back but I needed the item as a matter of urgency. This is a case of false advertising. Good customer service is keeping the customer informed of any problems and not trying to deceive them by taking their money for products that are not available and not even giving a refund of money for the difference without us having to ring up and fight my case.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.. easily one of the worst companies around. I’m still waiting 4 weeks later for a refund on an order I refused delivery of because it took so long I had to go and buy the item from a shop. Awful customer service from beginning to end.”

“I sent for some appliances and had a problem with them once they arrived shipit appliances deal with it straight away and the I was pleased with the sink and taps and the cooker hood once they arrived I would use ship it again . Thank you”

“I was very happy with the very prompt delivery. The wrong size waste kit was sent by mistake. I was very happy with the prompt communication from customer services. The waste kit was replaced promptly. I am very happy with the franke 1.5 bowl cream sink. It looks great. I love the pop up waste. The colour is a beautiful cream & enhances my kitchen. I am very happy & would buy from you again with confidence & recommend to others. Thank you very much.”
