“QUICK RESPONSE FRIENDLY PLEASENT DELIVERY”

“Invoice no81339194 Nice fast delivery But I had to change the order the replacement arrived the next day direct from the maker. Then came the hard part returning the first sink that could only be done by paying by card direct to your company £46. for a two man collection. I have spoken two or three times to your accounts department who have all been very helpful. But still I am waiting for my refund of £149.99 ref no 128013”

“The price of the Astracast sink was competitive and included delivery. The problem was the sink was delivered direct from the manufacturer. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and got a phone call the following Monday morning saying a sink is to be delivered in 10 minutes. Great. Checked the packaging and everything looked OK. Later opened the packaging and one corner of the sink was broken off. Must have been done before being put in the box. Contacted Shipitappliances and was asked to e mail photos. Another one turned up on the Wednesday (with no e mail confirmation), this time an hours phone notice. Good job that I was in both times. The packaging on this one was damaged, so checked while the driver was there. This one was in the box upside down.This sink was OK, though. The packaging of the sink needs to be looked at and certainly stronger tape should be used on the long seams. Have yet to have the sink fitted. I liked the quick response in the way the faulty item was dealt with but would have liked to have known what was happening after e mailing the photos.”

“I ordered an oven and hob prices were fantastic and the products looked great. Delivery was fast and a time slot was given meaning I didn't have to wait in all day. Oven was fantastic and was fitted easily, the hob however was a nightmare as there was no cable attached. I had to take the cable from the old hob and try to fit it to the hob. This proved difficult as the connections were fiddly and I couldn't get the screws in. Eventually I had to get an electrician to fit the cable. There was no mention of there not being a cable so be aware of this and choose your product accordingly. If I had known there was no cable I would not have bought this hob as it actually cost me more money in the end. Overall SIA are good and the oven and hob looked great just a pity I was not given the full facts”

“Bought CDA Microwave because we've had one over 5 years and been happy with it but wanted to have a built in one . Delivered as promised and matched description. Very easy to install.The Microwave has a removeable plastic coating over the operating panel and that was not noticeable or mentioned in the Instruction booklet . Eventually noted it because it easily marked and scratched , Risked peeling it off and thankfully it was removed easily. CDA need to mention this in their booklet.”

“A good overall product with easy to use instructions. Straight forward to fit and operate. Only downside is that the oven door is not heat resistant glass and gets very hot when the oven used.”
