“I bought a cooker hood from Ship It Appliances. It is a lovely stylish unit but it developed a fault after 10 months. I have been very impressed with how they dealt with my enquiry about a repair and have very quickly replaced the unit under the warranty that came with it. No fuss, no drama, good dialogue, quick communication and very quick resolution. It wasn't an expensive unit, but they just provided a excellent benchmark of customer service. A lot of businesses could learn a lesson from them so I'm a very happy customer.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery quick and well packed. The same make and model oven hood/extractor fan was more expensive in a well known supermarket selling on behalf of Ship It Appliances. The bracket for the chimney top of the oven hood was missing from the package but one short phone call resolved this by sending out a replacement part. No complaints from me.”
