Good service all round. Emails were responded to quickly. They have a local phone number instead of an 08 number. They were able to assure us that stock of the item we were interested in was available where other outlets were claiming stock but did not have it available. They called the day before delivery to make sure that we were prepared and could answer technical questions about the delivery. We'll definitely use Ship It Appliances again.

Item I ordered was not available once I had placed my order. Received a phone call advising of a 2week delay or advised of alternative. Went with alternative with an additional charge.

I ordered a sink and tap from Ship it appliances. They contacted me the following day to say the sink was out of stock until later that week which was fine and agreed that the tap might as well come when the sink did. The sink arrived but the glass cover was missing and no tap came. When contacted they chased the missing cover and it arrived the following day. I then received a call to say the tap was unavailable and was sent an e mail link showing an alternative product. The alternative wasn't quite what I wanted but there was another I liked but the link didn't give a price. Typically the new choice was considerably dearer than the original but they honoured the choice for an extra £10. Well done Ship it your customer service saved the experience from being one of disappointment to one of satisfaction and would definitely use this company again.

An estimated delivery date/time would be helpful. I was not at home when first delivery was attempted and as this was Friday I was unable to contact until Monday consequently did not receive goods until Tuesday. Leaving with a neighbour an option.

Good price. Timely delivery. Installation instructions clear and effective Easy to assemble. Not certain whether the quoted air throughput is correct- does not seem to be as efficient as I expected.

After acknowledging my order I was telephoned to tell me there was a delay of a few days in their stock. The order arrived on time and in good condition with all excellent fittings and templates. Looks great now that it is fitted.

I made 2 phone calls, 1 to ask if an oven was fan assisted and was told someone would phone me back, this did not happen and another when i was having problems purchasing a hob online, someone would phone me back! I resolved the problem myself eventually . Didnt realise i had to register first before it would recognise my email address! The operator could of advised me of this at the time. Hob looks good, hope it is when i eventually get it into my new kitchen.

All good. But I ordered a "package" - cooker hood AND 2 filters. The filters have not arrived as yet. I will be VERY unhappy if I have to chase these up. I paid £10 extra for them - PLEASE SEND THEM ASAP!

My parcel arrived safely, was well packed and in tact. Have not got it installed as yet but hopefully there will be no problems with this.

Looked ok when removed from box although box damaged . Cooker hood appeared ok but it is yet to be fitted into position due to refurb delay. It does look good though very modern.

We purchased a wine cooler. On arrival the first one had some damage to the door and the vent at the base. No problems at all, I contacted Ship Appliances and without hesitation they arranged a replacement and collection to a date that suited. The replacement cooler is working well and looks good. The handles are a little large so more space than expected needed for opening the doors but this can be overcome. Good service.

We are still in talks with our couriers to be able to provide delivery time slots. Sadly at this moment in time it is not something we can offer.
