“Jason gave me a quote to move my Honda from South Florida to central KY. and totally honored that quote. I made a mistake by contracting with a lower quote only to find out that the company offering the lower quote could not honor it and needed another $200 to make the move. It appears that most of the quotes that are given on the low side cannot be honored. Jason quite honestly doesn't play that game. I cancelled the contract with the bait & switch company and contracted with Jason which I should have done the first time. Jason's price was less that the bait & switch company tried to get out of me. Jason had my car picked up on the same day that I contracted with him and I received it right on schedule. The driver also did a GREAT job for this move too.”

“Good afternoon the service was ok not the best. First when I book my expedition they didn’t ask me any questions about my expedition. Like if it was lift or any mod which that could of been my fault I should of told them. The first driver was so good with talking to people that I didn’t mind meeting him 30 minutes so he didn’t have a problem loading my SUV. But seen that my truck was almost 8 foot tall he was trying to figure out if it would be safe to take. At the end he wasn’t able to take it because it was going to pass his height limit. He didn’t want my SUV to hit a bridge in the high way it was understanding. So I text the person the got me the driver and wait but no response so I call him in the morning to see if I can get a refund so I can drive it my self and he was going to charge me the difference on what he was going to pay the drive to get to where I need it for “cancellation fees”(the driver was going to get 1200 for the shipping and I pay 1470 for the whole thing so it was going to be 270 for cancellation fees). So I was like can you get another driver that would be able to take my SUV he was yes he said he can take it. I was like even if it’s 8 foot tall he was like yes on Saturday he will call you. Saturday came I haven’t hear anything so I try to call him to get the driver number to call him. So I called and ask around what time like a 2 or 3 hour window. so I can be free and I can find someone to pick me up after dropping the SUV and I’m not making him wait. First he was like I don’t know I’ll let you know. So I told him would that be in the morning or afternoon he was like I don’t know with an attitude. So I just told him to let me know when he was a hour away. Around 12 he text me and tells me I’ll be there in 30. So I text him are you able to get in to base he was like yes or do you want me to meet you in the visitor center he said no. I already knew we wasn’t going to be able to get in so I start heading to the center and when I got there he was getting turn around by the guards. He call me and ask where I was. I told him I have to do a u-turn that I’ll be there in a seconds. I get there and I was like sorry I don’t like making people wait. He ignore me and just started taking pictures of the truck and ask me for the keys he had another guy with him and said “it’s good”. I was like “ok?” I ask him when will the SUV get there he said Sunday night or Monday morning I was ok thanks m. So he got in his truck and the other guy got in my and they drove away. I was like there is a lot of room here where he can just put my SUV in the trailer but I don’t know he know what he is doing. So I gave my sister his number on Sunday night bc he didn’t text me when I ask him if the SUV was going to get there today or tomorrow. So I haven’t hear anything from the drive and it was around 12pm. So I give a call and he started yelling at me before I could say something if I was going to call him 9 to 10x about my SUV and I was like wtf. This is the first time I call you the reason I’m calling you is because I haven’t heard anything about my SUV and he yells at me and tell me that he already talk to my wife I was like my sister he was yes whoever I talk to and told her I was going to be there at 3. So I just said ok thank and I call my sister and he was rude to her. my sister has 2 kids and she just wanted to have time so she was afraid that she was going to be late and he just leave the truck there or take it with him. She got the truck and it was close to empty which I put a little pass a quarter because I know that they have to move in and out the trailer but to be at empty I don’t think he had to move it that much but I really don’t know and she said they just have her the key and just rude. I told her not to worry about it you got the SUV. I like to be understanding of what people have to do and it hard sometimes so I try to work with them but it has been the worst experience I have had and I have use other companies to ship my cars because I have to go to different base in the country im sorry for the one start and it might just be me that this happened to and it might now be you but I will not use this site again”

“Worst experience I’ve ever had. Transport driver made multiple excuses for being a day late for pickup and was over a week late on delivery. Company took no responsibility for anything. Don’t go through a broker.”

“Be aware of the reps for this company lie about delivery dates. I was supposed to get my car delivered last night it never showed. He was supposed to be here at 8am and still hasn’t showed, and the all of a sudden his truck has broken down.”

“The car was delivered late, I was lied to repeatedly about delivery status, and the shipper damaged the car both loading and unloading. The driver also damaged the two other vehicles he was hauling. After the 4th missed delivery date and no word from the driver or customer service I disputed the charge on my CC. 5 weeks later I still have not been reimbursed for the damages and SYCN appears to only be concerned about resolving the CC dispute and getting paid, not making things right with a customer. I feel like I paid a premiuim for the shipment, only Reliable quoted slightly higher, but I did not get premium service. Find someone else that owns their trucks and drivers, not a broker. Try calling the "24 hr customer service" after normal business hours. To be more objective about my 1 star rating I could quantify it this way: Pick up scheduled quickly? Yes, 1 star Delivered on time? No, 0 stars Delivered undamaged? No, 0 stars Value for my money? 0 stars Customer service? 0 stars”

“My car was supposed to take10 to 14 days to ship. It ended up taking a month because Ship Your Car Now does not keep up to date with shipping schedules of the shipping companies they use. Because of the extra 2 week delay, I ended up paying more for a rental car then it did to ship my car.”

“To be honest, I’ve never done a google review before; however, due to how BAD and unprofessional this service was I highly recommend you read this review to gauge if you should use this business to transport your car. First thing first, for someone who may not know how this type of business works, these individuals are just brokers. They do not control or own any trucks. That being said, all they do is put a bid into a system and wait for an actual trucking company to accept it. If your bid is to low, then it will take awhile for a truck to actually accept the bid. With that in mind, this was my experience with using ship your car now. In the beginning of June I reached out to this company to get a quote to have my car transported from NC to AZ. The person I dealt with assured me that he would get it done within the timeframe I needed. By the end of the conversation, I decided to go with this business and paid in full for their service. Everything seemed to be going well until the day of the pick-up arrived. The day my car was supposed to be picked up arrived and I heard nothing but silence. I decided to call the broker to find out what the situation was and he assured me that someone was coming today. In fact, he told me he would call me back soon to confirm. 5 hours goes by and I hear absolutely nothing. I finally call him back and he tells me that he will have it picked within a week from now. Not only did he lie to me about the pick-up date, but he completely ruined my travels plans due to his inability to communicate the issue. Instead, he continued to lie and lie and push back the pick up date. In fact, this went on for over a week. Eventually, I just gave up and decided to get a refund. It’s been over two weeks and I still have yet to receive my money. I finally called their accounting department and their “accountant” told me the process takes 7-10 days. Well, it’s been over two weeks and I still have not received me money. In conclusion, this company has TERRIBLE communication skills and is willing to lie to you over and over in order for you to pay. I highly recommend DO NOT use this company.”

“From my first bid request, Gary W of ShipYourCarNow stood apart from the pack in terms of customer service. He followed-up via e-mail, texted, and called at various points in the process, and made sure I was educated about not only HIS process, but the overall industry. He was a breath of fresh air after I had several interactions with other shipping companies that promised lower rates, and after sucking me in, they used bait-and-switch tactics, outright lied, and so on. Takers :~( Gary offers education on the industry, provided accurate bid estimation, and took time to answer concerns I had, even when I listed my car with a couple other transport brokers first (the baiters). The other brokers made empty promises, but never came through. Gary offered realistic pricing, reasonable time-frame, and diligence. His service stands apart in the industry. After our business was taken care of, I asked Gary if I could write a review in order to help with awareness of his Blue Vase customer service. “Dale Mc My experience with Ship Your Car Now and especially the help and communication provided by Carrie Hood was outstanding. I lost 10 days with another carrier before canceling with them (still waiting for a booking) when my nephew found SYCN. Carrie had our car booked and on a truck in two days and delivered from CA to WI in four days and waiting for them to open at the dealership on Monday. I will recommend them to anybody needing a car transport. Thank you Carrie and Ivan the carrier. Very satisfied customer in Fresno CA.”

“I work for the NFL and my employers own vehicles that require transport up and down the eastern seaboard on a yearly basis. Ship Your Car Now made arrangements during one of the busiest time of the year while thousands of cars are being shipped up north to accommodate my request. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism. All of my shipments were arranged by Joseph Gorfien who heads their Florida office. He was a joy to work with. Don’t hesitate people! Use this company!”

“I have been using this car transporter service for years. David P very helpful and really tries to give the best possible price for the time of year you need the service. Communication is key for me. They kept us informed throughout the process. The car was delivered during the time that she needed it to get her to her new job. “I had a nightmare dealing with a different company last week and I called Ship Your Car Now on Tuesday and spoke with Ryan. I could not be happier when he booked a driver for Thursday and I received my vehicle on Friday afternoon as advertised! Would definitely use this company again!!”

“They picked up my 33 foot cruiser yachts boat on 20 Jan 2020, nearly a year now, they never delivered my boat. The transportation company said they can not cross the boarder into canada. I have tried everything to get compensation, the insurance cover they provided me says it is a breach of contract by the transport company and does nit cover!! Be careful with this company”

“The only reason why i'm giving this company a 2-star review is because I got my car shipped and delivered to me-finally... I would not recommend shipping your car through this company. Let me just start off saying that I needed my car to be picked up and delivered by a certain date due to being a new servicewoman. I chatted with Kevin Washington telling him my needs and he assured me that he could get my car on a carrier by my specified date.. Once I gave him my card information, I couldn't reach him- he wasn't answering any of my texts, calls, and/or emails, it was like this company took my money and ran. On another note, my car was not picked up by the NLT date and instead of Kevin telling me that my bid was too low and suggesting that I up my offer by a couple hundred so that I could get my car pick up and shipped quicker, he just kept telling me that the price is fine and that they are still searching for someone.. I couldn't take it anymore and finally got ahold of another representative and he told me that he would do anything to help get car shipped asap and within a few hours he up my bid by a couple hundred and found a carrier. If it wasn't for the help of this other representative, I would've still been waiting on my car to get picked up and shipped. Don't go through this company and if you do, do not speak to Kevin Washington he was no help.”

“If I could give 10-stars for this review I would! For two weeks I was supposed to "hear" from another vehicle transport company. They NEVER contacted me. On a whim, I contacted Ship Your Car Now on a Saturday. Within minutes JOSEPH GORFIEN contacted me, set up EVERYTHING, continued throughout the weekend, and by Monday mid-morning he had made ALL the arrangements for me (first time I ever shipped vehicle) from Kalamazoo (home of Pfizer's CV-19 vaccine) and by Monday evening the driver was in contact with me. "Ganza" and "Augie" made every effort to provide an easy pickup. The carrier was clean, on time at a convenient location, price was right, and I anticipate the drop-off will be just as easy and convenient. As a personal note, JOSEPH G is my new best friend. He assured me that he would get the job done, AND HE DID. He said I would be happy, AND I AM. Joseph is AWESOME. I would personally recommend him. It's so obvious how quick he is to show initiative, someone who goes above and beyond, and it's so obvious how he pays attention to detail. He is a VALUABLE member of the team at Ship Your Car Now. IMHO, I can only say "WOW, NICE WORK, JOSEPH!" PS: I'll post another review on Friday, when my vehicle is dropped off in Palm Springs CA. But in the meantime, Joseph is a CAN-DO person, and lives up to his AWESOME reputation!”

“I used shipyourcarnow in nov2020 my representative was Joseph Gordian he was extremely helpful professional and personal ( he genuinely cared) he used West Coast Transport (Alex) in Spokane wathey were also great! My vehicle was shipped from Spokane Wa to Pitkin la on time & no problems, the driver was also outstanding, I would Highly Recommend This Company, Toby”
