“I wasn't home when it arrived but my wife and a friend was. The driver was hesitant about coming down my street but i have had these transporters have came with no problem. My friend escorted him down the street and he was fine. I saw pictures where he put towels on the seat and door, I appreciate that.”

“My delivery contract was delivery into my garage. (My car was in non running condition and I paid more because of it) It was brought to the street and the only way it was going to be put in the garage was for me and the delivery driver to push the car up my driveway into the garage. Pictures were taken of the car in the drive way. In case there was damage from the driveway into the garage so that the delivery driver would not be responsible for any damages. Luckily there was no damage but it is unfair to think that they would have deniability in such case since the contract was for delivery into the garage. It in wrong to charge an additional fee for a non running car when the person receiving the delivery is expected to help push the car into the garage.”

This is not industry practice; it would be a liability issue for the drivers to do anything more than unloading at delivery. “Spectacular delivery! The driver was aware of how we wanted the Porsche to be handled during transport and delivery. He placed the car in the very front of the trailer which I thoroughly appreciated so that it could be the last off the route and not moved around in the process. His pick up and delivery coordination was wonderful and he was even earlier than expected which was great! I would definitely schedule with this team again. Thank you for all that you did in getting my dream car to me safely and unscathed through winter transport.”

“NTS is by far the best auto transport company that I have ever used! I have shipped over 50 cars over the last 5 years so I do know what I'm talking about. So many bad, dishonest companies out there NTS is in my mind the only one to trust.”

“I shipped a classic vehicle with this company. The driver was careless with my vehicle when loading and did not offer a receipt or bill of lading (he didn't even know what that was). Best i could do was get a screenshot of the shipping info he had on his phone. Vehicle ended up at the destination on time, but the steering and exhaust were broken. When the recipient met the driver to unload, the driver said "watch this" then proceeded to spin the steering wheel around rapidly while the front tires did nothing, causing even more damage than was already done. He said "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't." This vehicle never had steering issues before it was in the hands of the transorter. The company never was able to resolve this, and I had to eat the repair costs. They are not a transport company with their own drivers, they are a broker company that farms out work to independent contractors and they do not vet their drivers very well. I would NEVER use this company again.”

“Your service was very professional and I had no problems with the logistics. My only issue is in the communications with the driver. I am NOT being prejudice when I say the drivers english was difficult to understand. Too many times I had to have him repeat what he was saying. He was very nice, but his communication skills lacked.”
