Average service. May or May or may not use them again. Didn’t care for the delivery driver. He was very rude.

First the car i had shipped by you was transported over a year ago. The car arrived in good shape no problems with it relating to the shipping in the truck. The problem was you told me I needed a certified check for $500 which I had waiting and when I was giving it to the driver he said the shipping fee was $600. I told the driver to call you because I have the check for the dollar amount you told me to have ready. He decided not to argue with me. I know I was not happy about the drive trying to chisel another hundred bucks from me. The driver cast a bad light on your business. Sorry but you asked so I’ll tell you.

My truck was delivered undamaged and the gentleman was very pleasant. My issue came when I unloaded the tires out of the back of my vintage pick up and saw that he had put his garbage underneath my wheels through the center hole. His blue plastic gloves, and a water bottle. the reason I know that they were his is because he wore the same kind of gloves when he unloaded the truck. That is the only complaint that I have.

Hey David, Thank you so much for your review of National Transport Services! We strive to provide customers with an easy and personalized experience. We apologize for how long the process took. The unprecedented extreme weather in California and Colorado was the cause for the delay. The roads crossing over the Colorado Rockies were not safe for traveling. In regards to the upcharge, that was an internal mistake, as it was a computer generated email. And it is a misunderstanding. We did not attempt to charge you more. The dispatcher that was responsible for editing the message before it was sent, sent a follow-up message asking you to disregard it. "Please disregard the previous email. You are correct. The payment was made in full. You have a zero balance." The delay was caused by mother nature, and no upcharge was attempted. Thanks again for taking the time to leave your positive feedback! My delivery contract was delivery into my garage. (My car was in non running condition and I paid more because of it) It was brought to the street and the only way it was going to be put in the garage was for me and the delivery driver to push the car up my driveway into the garage. Pictures were taken of the car in the drive way. In case there was damage from the driveway into the garage so that the delivery driver would not be responsible for any damages. Luckily there was no damage but it is unfair to think that they would have deniability in such case since the contract was for delivery into the garage. It in wrong to charge an additional fee for a non running car when the person receiving the delivery is expected to help push the car into the garage.

This is not industry practice; it would be a liability issue for the drivers to do anything more than unloading at delivery.
