“I love Shoon. They make it so easy to buy and return when necessary; the delivery service is very fast; packaging is minimal yet adequate and the quality of their products I have always found to be excellent. Regular sales also provide the chance for some terrific bargains. Couldn't ask for more.”

“This was my first order from Shoon and after ringing to check width sizes the young man that I spoke to suggested that I order all of the ones that I was considering and return the ones that I didn't want. So that's what I did and am very pleased with the quality of the leather and even the packaging made them feel special. I was torn between a boot and a shoe and my husband suggested that I bought one and he paid for the other. The following day a friend called around and I showed her the two pair that I was going to send back and she was so impressed that she bought a pair from me and took Shoon's details, so I only had to return one pair that fit neither of us. Printing off the return label and returning the shoes was made easy with your site and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more shoes from Soon.”

“The Shoon website was very easy to navigate & in stock items were easy to find. Once my order was placed, I was kept up to date with confirmation & despatch times. An email was sent when items were despatched & a text informed me exactly when they would be arriving-very useful! Items were well packaged & arrived quickly. An impressive service-many thanks!”

“My gripe is about the shipping. Apparently my purchase was despatched from a shop. My flat number on the parcel was 56 whereas I live at number 3 and my name was also wrong. Human error which should never have happened. The postman eventually found me and asked me to make sure you had my correct address.”

“Bought these for my wife as a birthday gift, she's very pleased with the boots, however she was disappointed that the box that they came in was crumpled somewhat as she would like to store these boots in the box when not wearing them.”

“Smart looking trainer at a very good price in the sale, not sure I'd have paid the full price for them. I purchased them for walking in for when the better weather kicks in. I've been wearing them around the house to get used to the high instep support, hopefully they will give me the support when walking. Stylish, good colour, grey with pink trim, may change the laces as they are quite thick.”

“I bought some boots online which I was disappointed with. I think they were a bit of a "second" as the leather was very creased and they were way to narrow, in the calf even for a skinny person! I was initially quite annoyed but I took them back to the shop in Salisbury and they couldn't have been more helpful and polite. They refunded me in full for the boots and the delivery without question and were very apologetic. Whilst I was there I found another very nice pair of boots which I purchased and so I left a happy customer. Well done Shoon, a good example of how customer service should be done.”
